Not a priority. Strategic investment when lots of things are suffering. Do a needs assessment, come up with a development plan, and work with it.

Many of the states doing those flyovers are not as congested as Lagos. So why spend billions on flyovers when there are far more pressing issues like the terrible cost of living. Should that not be the first point before sinking billions into flyovers?

Oga, no one should under estimate farmining. Only a fool will do so becos.....a person that is denied food for 24 hours will shout; one that is denied food for 48 hrs will complain while anyone that is denied food for 72 hours will fight/quarrel.
