Unfortunately for you, Christianity can never die in Nigeria because there are a lot more passionate ministers coming up. For every one General that leaves this earth, 5 more are born.

What he's trying to say is that they can't support what will strip them of their rights and privileges.

At least the people now know that they have to take their future with their hands.

You can't defeat a man that knows how to use the pen, nicely written op

I doubt those BMC slaves will find it difficult to counter this write up.
Simply put, they are mere bandits with a bandit mentally, which explains why they have a penchant for breaking the laws of the land.
That being said I am also of the thought that the fulanis are overhyped and they fear 3 things

1. being demystified,
2. they are afraid of fearless people and lastly 3. they can't penetrate a united people.
And their lack of character will be their undoing

A country that banned crypto transactions thru banks when the crypto wasn't in direct competition with the Naira is doomed to fail.

A country that printed more Naira and instead of issuing it as bonds, added it to the monthly allocation for states (injecting it directly into the economy) is doomed already.

Any sensible person should be converting his currency savings to the dollar cos the Naira is gone. (Expect 1D: 600 N)

They are beginning to realize that the army is getting overwhelmed and will say anything to maintain status quo.

Politics / Re: Igbos The Only True Nigerians by nthony10: 8:38am On May 29, 2021
Fejoku:
Igbos believed and tried to build a Nigeria that can face any country in the world. They did this by bringing their all to bare on Nigeria moving all through her nook and crannies investing and opening up communities but what they got instead was hatred and death. The progrom was not enough until a war was forced on them and millions died. After the war, they were still shortchanged and left for dead but they refused to die. Slowly they picked up their lives and like true builders set to work to rebuild themselves and their land. 50 years passed and Igbos are back up in the ladder and still scattered across Nigeria investing but this time around, they have learnt a lesson that they are not wanted as investors but rather as slaves because both categories though may be involved in building and construction, their status are not the same. The operators of Nigeria want an Igbo slave to labour and build up Nigeria without having the power to control how what he built will be protected. They prefer the Igbo as the worker-bee whereas an Igbo man by nature is not designed as a such. Even during the Atlantic slave trade, the european slave buyers learnt by experience that the Igbo slaves always prefer to have a say on how they are involved while at work. The Igbo man who started life afresh after the war will NEVER accept to live his life and what he sweated for as a slave for the same people that put him in that condition. We must have a say on how our affairs is being run by any means possible. Today, the Igbo man is determined by all intent and purpose to have a country that can protect him and his products and we all know Nigeria is not that country. Nigeria does not protect her people point blank. People daily are dying recklessly for reasons that can be easily avoided. Businesses and infrastructures are destroyed without any thought of the ripple effect it will have on everyone. Poverty has arithmetically progressed as a result which helped to spike the insecurity. The result is the current collapse of Nigeria. There is no recovery from the situation because those who put her in this condition has refused to leave the steering wheel of the ship as it heads towards total wreckage.
Igbos who continue to invest (out of proportion) in the north are among the most foolish people because all those investments are sure going the Syrian way in no distant time. The rest investing heavily will sure be smart enough to have contingency plans before the total sinking of the ship.
It is very much true to say that Nigeria has lost the Igbos who have decided to look else where for security and better opportunities. This is what Biafra can offer them and that is why majority of them have headed that direction.
Adios Nigeria.

This is the exact balance I was expecting.
I don't know why these people keep ramming a failed nation down our throats,

The op has consistently avoided the talk about continuous subjugation of the easterners, instead he would rather insult Igbos fighting for justice and peace. I hope you know what you sow you reap bountifully.

BTW
Watch how he will redirect this thread to insulting Kanu

Politics / Re: Why Capital Projects Fail In Africa by nthony10: 6:46am On May 24, 2021
Great points stated by the op, especially the revamping of the bureaucracy and educational/health systems. But you see our problem in Nigeria is beyond all these. Nigeria of the 50s was a very prosperous Nation who operated by regions, the beauty of this is these regions were in healthy competition with one another and were constantly trying to outperform each other.
But what do we have today as the constitution, all power to take and distribute resources is on the table of the president, this has weakened the states that no matter how some of them try they can't generate enough for themselves. Another part talks about the exclusive list, yes it's important to have an exclusive list but why should power generation be on that list, why should policing (police) be there and other things that can make a state self sufficient are found there. How can a country grow like this? This type of constitution gives rise to each ethnic group in the country wanting to be in power not necessarily to build the nation but to get in power just to favour his people. A constitution the makes people productive and they know that their rights will be protected is what can change the mindset of Africans

So you are very correct but this problem in Africa (case study Nigeria) is more foundational.

If the foundation be destroyed, what can the righteous do? (Ps 11:3)

I don't think they are as brilliant as you illustrate, if not they would have overrun the south a long time ago, it's more of being sneaky and cunning. Yes it takes intelligence to do these things but their greatest weakness is when you expose them to the world, then they are finished.
