talk4free: I really feel sorry for you all. You all talk about beans and hotplates and hostel and all other things you miss. Its shocking that there's very few people here talking about what lies ahead of you. You lives and futures is being used as a bargaining chip by both your lecturers and your government. Yet you all waste your time here talking about frivolities.
If you all like, don;t think about your futures. Sit there and believe graduating from Uni-whatever is the ultimate. You'll all be so shocked when you come out of the protection of the school walls. Its a tough life out there, and even those that finish with excellent results struggle to earn a daily living, how much more the majority of you that are just struggling to move to the next class.
I weep for you all.......its a pity.
The youths of all countries are responsible for bringing change to their countries. Its only different in Nigeria and its definitely because you all are too short sighted to imagine what your life will be after school, when your country is so disgustingly corrupt. Don't take the future into your hands.....sit down there and be looking. The streets are waiting for all you "future graduates"

ugly Betty: I love this thread. UNN has changed a lot. Barto is doing a great job. That wooden admission house is no more there and lots of other buildings. He has also rebulit PRO, Personnel, Economics dept and many other buildings. I miss UNN but the stress there is something else. No more jumping bike to go to one place or another. U have to walk or u enter shuttle that would take you round the school before getting to your destination.

I rep. Library science student of 2004 set. Stayed in Transit Camp then but d hostel is no more. One of the best hostel then in terms of clean environment.

Please my Nokia E6 all of a suden stop flashing when i snap a picture with it or wen i wanna video with it.It will always display a Red right at the flash.I dont know what to do because i can use it to snap at night and when i snap it in day light it will not be so bright cus of the flash right problem.Thanks

my main issue with the windows help and support (on a
compaq laptop) is that it keeps popping up in microsoft
word-it restricts me from writing more than 10 words
at a time in a doc... it is actually driving me INSANE and i will not be able to do my homework if it does not
stop... I even tried uninstalling the hewlett packard help
thing but no, NOTHING WORKS... I dont know what to
do. Im really really stressing out!

Gurus in the house good morning Sirs. my HP Mini 110-1120EZ Laptop is poping out continuosly 'WINDOWS HELP AND SUPPORT' any time i on the system or want to click on any application.I have look for how to disable it but cant see were to do that.It doesnt allow me to do any thing again.Please help me out in rectifing it.My F1 key is working fine and i have Avast as an anti-virus.

i appriciate everyones cabdid and insighful sugestions so far.I got a Canadian woman friend who realy want to help me pay for my schooling in any University i got admited in Canada.I just graduated with a CGP of 2.2 in Religion and caultural studies last two months from one of the Nigerian Universities.my vision is to doing my masters in Human Resources Management.I got in contact with Seneca College Toronto,Canada and they told me i can apply for Human resources for two years course and i gues it should be on a Diploma stand.I need to know if i should go for the human resources @ Seneca college on a Diploma level so dat wen i eventualy got myself over i can look for a master degree on human resources there or should is there a posibility of geting a master degree on human resources management with the course i graduated since it is not a Management course.i realy need a directive on this enguires.thanks and God bless us all.
