80k flat pay with 5% deductible tax is salary for a GRADUATE TRAINEE.

You are given your Transport Allowance per diem (when u go and come back from your Time Off) amount which is dependent on your location.

I am a bit confused right now. I have two remote jobs currently, they both pay me 200k and 150k salary respectively. These two companies have been existing for over 3 years so they have built up structure that one could trust a little over time...

I recently applied for another full-time job, it's a startup that is just moving from ideation phase to implementation. And they are offering me 650k salary a month even though I told them my salary expectation is 500k a month. I will be working 2 days onsite, 3 days remotely.

I am enticed by this new salary and at the same time, my current jobs have built structure that I can trust.

Not to even mention that I occupy a very important position in these two companies: though not a big deal.

Please i am just confused... Just finanlized everything with the company’s management team.. I am meant to resume next two weeks.

please what do you do? Just asking....

Its not a scam, that's how they usually take time, I remember the one for last year, we wrote the exam March 24th, people got invitation for interview around September

I don't think anybody would go through university/polytechnic to become a gas cylinder filler, people will apply because they need a job....better truth

This is your limitation. Results in school don't mean anything in the labour market these days. People can make first class by rote learning and memorization in Nigerian universities. It's the practicality of what you learnt in school that matters outside school. I was one of the most unserious of engineering students in a top Nigerian University about 10 years ago and I still graduated with a good result because I knew what I was doing. Fastforward today, none of those who graduated with better results in my class earn what I earn. Only one comes close. I was earning more than the 60k you put here when I was just teaching foreign students some engineering courses through YouTube. And this was the period between when I finished service and when I started working. I havr never had to walk into any company to submit CV's. All the jobs I've done from graduation up till today found me. Remove that veil of a good result off your eyes so you can see clearly
