Career / In Need Of A Part-time/ Contract/casual Job In Abuja by nuland(m): 10:14pm On May 07
Hello,
I am based in Abuja and with far above average knowledge of the city(City centre to Places like Lugbe and Kubwa).
My job of supplies and outsourcing ICT and related equipment to mostly government agencies has been on hold and for the next 2 months I shall be home doing nothing. I have bills to pay and parents and siblings to take care of.
I am in need of any job that can keep me occupied for 2 months before my main hustle resumes, Open to site supervisions, running errands/delivering packages(please not illicit or wahala packages) to even being a middle man in transactions in Abuja or neighbouring states as I speak Hausa Fluently(from one of the Northern states).
Mods, please push this to the front page for me( that's if I am not asking for too much).
Thanks.

I have sent countless of emails and yet, nothing. Do you think using another phone would help with this? I am exhausted like this.

I understand how frustrating it can be. About using another phone: Maybe.... I changed my phone but didn't get my WhatsApp account back until around 3 Weeks later.
Good luck.

The issue persisted and I resigned to fate but surprisingly I tried again after like 2 weeks from the last attempt and Lo and behold I was able to use WhatsApp on that number again but lost all my chats.
I can't say for sure what got me back my account as I sent countless e-mails(replies were automated), my candid advice is you 'lock-up' for a while and see how things pan out.

Babbyad:
You don't have to receive successful message about the linking process with GTB. I did mine and was getting "identification verification failed" Had to put a call through and was told it has been linked. So call them and ask if it has been successful...

Exactly!
Had same issue until I logged in to my internet banking profile and saw the NIN linked while I got verification failure messages while trying to link my NIN.

I got another phone('London Used'), formatted it before installing whatsapp... But the problem persists.

I also faced the same issue. I guess your i.p has been banned. You can't use whatsapp on that phone via that number for now.

It's either you were reported, or you used a custom whatsapp.

Thanks! What if I change my phone but retain my number?

Do you mean you never used WhatsApp, whether official or unofficial, for the phone number?

If you have not used WhatsApp for the number, I am confused. How was WhatsApp able to detect the number and send you a notification?

If you have used WhatsApp for the number before the occurrence of the problem, was it the official WhatsApp or the unofficial WhatsApp?

Are you in a position to help me fix this?

About the unofficial/official part, that was a typo. I meant to say I have never used any unofficial WhatsApp application.

Regarding my alternate number I activated it on WhatsApp business then tried changing the number to my main number after some days but the issue of unofficial WhatsApp arose again but this time on both numbers.

Good Afternoon,
I have been having issues with my WhatsApp account which started on Christmas Day.
The first notification I got on my phone was, I can't use WhatsApp because of spam. I visited their (WhatsApp website) and laid a complaint and my account was restored after some hours.
Same thing happened less than an week later and I followed the same procedure in reaching out to them(WhatsApp) and my was restored once again.
Last week I got another shocker, my account was again suspended for same reason and as the usual pattern was restored after I reached out to them.
The final straw, I tried accessing my account and was told I have to use the official WhatsApp application inorder to use WhatsApp.
Meanwhile, I am not a fan of third party or unofficial applications and never downloaded or have any unofficial WhatsApp application on my phone, I have tried fruitlessly for days
to regain my account but all to no avail.
I tried being resourceful by downloading the WhatsApp Business Application from Google play store and registered my alternate phone number which isn't on WhatsApp subsequently I tried changing the number to my main WhatsApp number but still keep getting the same message neither am I able to use the alternative number on WhatsApp anymore.

Geeks in the house, kindly help me out.
@mods, please move this to the front page in order to boost my chances of a swift resolution. Thanks!

Politics / Re: Fulani And Hausa Clash In Sokoto, Scores Dead by nuland(m): 12:14pm On Apr 08, 2023
Arrewa:

Observe this thread and you'll see how happy the children of hate are...

Nothing gives them pleasure like seeing disagreement or conflict among northern tribes!!

That's why they've been pushing the middle belt agenda to cause division in the north!!

Let's make this clear, there is no clash between Hausa and Fulani in sokoto and there will never be...

There's only clash between farmers and some herdsmen which happens occasionally...

And here, we have our own way of resolving and disescalting such conflict!

When Obedients say “Middle belt” they mean “Christian belt” but what they failed to realize is even in their so called “Christian belts” Muslims have the higher population!!

Niger is 75% Muslims with a Muslim governor Sani Bello

Kogi is 60% Muslims with yahya bello as the governor!

Kwara with 70%. Muslim population with Abdullarazak as their governor!!

Nasarwa is 65% Muslim population with Abdullahi sule as their governor!!

In the north central only plateau and Benue have Christian governors!!

With plateau having 50-50 both faith population while Benue is the only state in the north central with over 90% Christian population yet piter obi lost the state!!

The north remain the most united region in Nigeria with over 300 ethnic groups!!

Children of hate are already celebrating the war between Hausa and Fulani... Una go wait tire!!

These two tribes with time have intertwined into the most powerful Nation in Nigeria!!

Mai gida, how did you arrive at your figures? Even if i don't dispute the others, how did you come about that of plateau and Nassarawa?
FYI, i was born to in Old Sokoto State, Grew up in Zaria and both Parents from Niger.
Being to 18 states in the North not just once(due to the nature of my job) with strong ties in those states.

I don't know who might come 2nd or 3rd. But the reality is that Tinubu will win as long as PDP and LP are not going together to this election as a one opposition party.

The Northern APC Governors are standing behind Tinubu with their full chest cool

The same governors who are running helter skelter?
Tinubu should look elsewhere for his votes.

Rankede Cheif. A lot of you guys are forgetting that Buhari is also a northerner with a major and powerful influence in the region and most especially with the northerners elite and religious leaders who conduct prayers everyday 5 times a day for a very large congregation. Its only a matter when. The only hiccup northerners might have with Tinubu is him turning APC into a southern party, which wouldn't be beneficial as he is a character of Long term investment and involvement. APC as a party now is who will its next flag bearer be. If its a Northerner, you bet they will vote until the Thumbs goes numb. Can Atiku call Babangida Ibro? Den born ham well? Babangida is Niger State and another power holdee you think he and Buhari are not close? Start thinking and know your country [/quote

Bro, This your analogy is standing 'the Northern logic' on it's head.
Buhari is considered a disappointment to the North. Almost every Northern State hear am as per Security and Economy failure of the APC.
You talk about religion, when it comes to elections it's one NORTH!
The NE is one region with a very strong Christian Presence.
Even if Atiku and BAT go head to head among Muslim NE voters (cos of Shettima), the NE Christians won't vote for APC....
It's 'Namu Namu Ne'!
I won't vote APC neither am i voting for Labour.
The North believes what Buhari failed to do for them Atiku will.
You southerns goofed by having Obi and BAT running in the same Election.
Before the South can successful beat the North in a presidential contest, you need the Middle Belt not just North Central. OBJ won in 2023 cos he had the whole of the south and Middle belt on his side.
Same for GEJ in 2011.
The south should put her house in order and reach out to the middle belt and liberal north ahead of 2031. You guys should forget this sentiments.
BAT 2023 is Dead on Arrival!

And GEJ had 5+ years just 2+ years after OBJ's 8 years?
Nigeria isn't disintegrating, atleast not now.
Tinubu's Ticket is Poisoned Chalice, due to the same faith controversy, Obi can't go beyond SE/SS(i mean sweeping the votes).
Atiku will sweep the North and put up a below average show in the South.
He's the next president IMHO!

all pdp vote of 2019 will be divided between obi and atiku.

APC Is dead and buried up north as per Presidential election.

Has PDP ever won the north west and east? Why did atiku lose in his north east

Against Buhari in 2015 and 2019 you mean..
The former was the 'Buhari Hurricane' and the latter power of incumbency.
The North is determined to hold on to Power and Atiku is a done deal!
I am voting Atiku as a Northern and that's more or less a consensus here.
Obi appeals to the Middle belt more.
Tinubu is going no where here in the North and we are determined to 'Basu Wuta'.
God shall spare our lives well beyond the elections, i go remind you bro.!

Does pdp exist in borno, yobe or zamfara

The North East and North West is 70% PDP for the Presidential elections and 50+% in the North Central.
Tinubu is banking on God knows What but the emergence of Obi has further dampened BAT chances.
Forget the Asiwaju rice sharing charade in Kano, that na 'chop and clean mouth'.

OP at 22, you have a whole lot ahead of you.
Focus on building yourself and put your resource to more fruitful use(instead of spending on a woman and thinking you own her body).
The higher you get in life the more responsible women you attract to yourself.
Let her be, she's obviously available to the highest bidder.
If i could ask God for something,it's to be 22 again and make things better.
Women should be least of your worries at the moment.
