suicidesheep: Plantain and garri, I agree but Yam give it to States Like Niger, Benue, Taraba and Nassarawa. In 2014 I stopped at Ekpoma on my way to Abuja from Iruekpen to buy roasted yam and Sauce. After complaining about what I got the woman showed me the tubers of yam she got for N2500( 4 tubers or so) and then with N6000 I would buy 50tubers(half Kwariya) from Paiko Market in Niger State. Recently, bought 7 big Tubers for N2500 from Hawkers in an urban area Niger state. |

Dumb and confused fellas! You destroy products your employers pay your salaries and keep your organization afloat from it proceeds. Next Governors like Masari will resort to emotional blackmail asking other states to consider those whose VAT proceeds is low, how do you reconcile that? Hypocrisy is at it's peak here. Instead of delivering dividends of democracy you go after irrelevant things then go ahead and breed kids you can't cater for who end up as terrorist and bandits thereby draining the limited resources available to the federation you don't even believe in. 1 Like |

Take heart bro, I pray the other kids turn out to be yours. Paternity fraud is the new normal now for Naija women. They want the title of 'Mrs' but not the responsibilities and sacrifices that come with it. She's just a gold digger who's going to leave the 'Germany Returnee' for a buoyant men if he falls on hard times. Karma is going to settle this! |

Hello Everyone, I have very little knowledge about building/construction as I am into ICT. A friend turned brother who is based in one of the Scandinavian countries has decided to return home finally this year and wants me to help him put up 2 units of 5 bedroom Duplexes. I am based in Abuja but Our home state where the building is to be erected is less than 2 hours away, meaning I can shuttle between Abuja and home easily. The snag is, My state is almost a civil service state where most people are government workers who rely on salaries and economic activities are at the lowest ebb you can think of. Finding building construction/construction companies that will take up the job from start to finish hasn't been fruitful. To the professionals in the house is it feasible to get the building done in 3 Months? ( All needed for the project won't be an issue). I have asked him to give me till the end of February to do a thorough job(Findings) and get back to him. Your Sincere Contributions shall be appreciated. Thanks in advance! |

Op, Marriage is meant to be enjoyed 'Cold, wam or hot', I mean financially. From your lengthy narration you aren't at your lowest financially, you are even building/expanding your structure. You and your wife not getting intimate for 7+ months? WTF! You then gave her some money to relocate to her state so that her business can thrive? What happened to the vows you both exchanged to be together no matter what? I am sorry but whose is the husband here? She or you? I am not trying to bash you after all it's your marriage but you sharing this here lends credence to my feeling that you have endured/ granted her far more concessions. This is a wrong move Sir. I wish you all the best anyways. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Op, I really feel your pain! She betrayed you but it's her loss not yours. She has eroded that trust you had for her, Other family members(the objective ones) will be wary of her henceforth. You shall be vindicated in the long run. It happens this is her stock in trade, she bound to do it to another person sooner or later. It's hard for you to take but forge ahead. We all have ways of reacting to things but I must say your brother wasn't logical. He passed a verdict superficially. You selling palm oil to his wife means you are broke and in a dire financial situation Abi you get palm oil shop? Cheer up, time answereth all questions. You are going to leave school, make money and all this shall be confined to the past. 3 Likes |

tradepunter: Hahaha! If 2face and other legends were subjected to that Subject(Music) as a yardstick to getting into the field, they won't have made it anywhere close. That Subject was irrelevant coupled with my music teacher always spoiling for a flogging spree each time we failed a test or assignment. |

OP Red flag already Manifesting even before you both getting married. You gave her a huge concession by suggesting she can attend any Church of her Choice but she is not shifting grounds, 'K-Leg' don dey already. You saying you can't start all over again typifies a man with low self esteem. Let her go otherwise she would end up making demands that will make you miserable in that marriage. MAN UP AND STOP SOBBING(that practically what you are doing) LIKE A CHILD. |

Bro, Letting others decide for you is the greatest disservice you can do to yourself. Relocate, Choose your woman and build a relationship with her. The same Bible the Church bases her teachings on admonishes us to give to God what's to God and to Caesar What's to Caesar. You and whosoever you decide to Marry are OYO after the wedding formalities. Life is too short to give your head to some committee to think on your behalf. No one has the monopoly of access to God. 1 Like |

When are you guys arresting bandits, Kidnappers and BH members? |

post=86587495: A lot of people call you out on NL and I honestly feel it's childish cos no one should be bullied for supporting a particular political party or ideology. That should be settled at the polls cos democracy is about the majority having their way. However, haven read and analysed your comments here it's glaring you are suffering from Stockholm Syndrome. The internet never forgets! History shall portray you as someone who was afraid of the light and your children and their offsprings won't be proud of you. 4 Likes |

This is the height of evil! Our president, the Sultan and other Northern leaders as usual read out some well written rhetoric in the name of condolence and then it's business as usual for the Vampires. I come from a Local government that is 99.9% Muslim, 2002 or 2003 Xmas I was in the company of my Uncle, 2 Aunts and a Cousin We got to our Local government headquarters from our state capital where we were based. We were trying to chatter a vehicle to our Village when one of the drivers said 'These are the Kafiris'! My joy and enthusiasm to go celebrate Xmas in the Village died down instantly. I know it's like a crime being a Christian in this part of the world but at least we deserve some respect not shoving the hatred down our throats. The driver apologised but even before he could finish tendering his apology another interrupted that we are Kafiris and deserved no pity! That was like 18 years or so ago! 5 Likes |

See U O! U wey go dey help neighbours change light bulb dey charge them money come nairaland dey complain! On a serious note it's an asset and as someone rightly said hit the gym. I am 5.8 and very skinny and growing up in the north almost everyone calls you 'Dogo' but with time I got used to it. Immerse yourself in a sport like Basketball, i am not advising you pursue a carrier but for leisure. Also the kind of people you move with could further depress or lift you out of it. 'Flow' with the 'brosses', they wont talk you down or mock your height like your age mates will. #mysubmission. 1 Like |
