Bro, I am in the North, and I just informed you. This song doesn't exist anywhere. I visit Kano, Bauchi, Sokoto, Borno regularly for business.

Apart from the people paid to feature in that video, no one has heard it.

I challenge you to post video of ordinary Northerners grooving to that nonsense. We have been seeing that of Atiku being shared here on Nairaland. We see them in Kano, Kaduna, Bauchi, Kebbi, Adamawa. We see them dancing.

Now share those of Tinubu. I am waiting
You get time to argue.
Who in his right senses will believe Tinubu is going to beat Atiku in the North? The same man who is not even guaranteed anything beyond South West?
Let them keep dreaming!

I just dey laugh keyboard Warriors sitting in one Agbo joint dishing out Numbers in favor of their 'lord'.
The North is in the bag for Atiku Already, Kwankwaso is not a threat to Atiku up North as Obi is to Tinubu down south.
Can BAT have a clean sweep in 10 states Down south? The Answer is No!d
But Atiku is going to have atleast 12 states up North to himself.
There's No way the south with more ethnic groups will beat the North where more than 12 states speak on language either as their indigenous or second language and with a candidate as popular Atiku.

You made it seem as though the 1 week was made sensible by Islam and tradition. Now you instead insist that the two involved involved need to be convinced and then choose meaning even it doesn't need to take place immediately after the death either. undecided

With this, I believe even more now that the death is suspicious, as Jennyclay insinuated, and needs to be investigated in such cases. undecided

I am not Privy to the circumstances surrounding her death.
My position is hinged on cultural and religious grounds and what i have experienced as per marriages like this.
Things would have been bought and taken to the bride's family, preparations in top gear and so canceling that proposed marriage all together won't be fair hence the replacement.

A choice with islamic and cultural justification.

Mtchewww.

So, there aren't human beings in these places?

There is insecurity even where you are. And where I am too. Insecurity is a global challenge.

Who is your father too? Who knows or cares about him? Nonsense!

Zamfara, Kastina, Niger and all the places you mentioned are hot beds now, just as Borno, Yobe were sometime ago. Even Anambra, Imo etc, got really bad recently. All that is needed is to step up military action.

But to say that those places are outrightly under bandits control is very untrue. Forget about google. You can use Google. The places you mentioned are in Nigeria, I do not need goggle to know them.

Could you show me pictures of established control camps of bandits' in these areas? Do you know what it means to take control and administrate several LGAs? Do you even know how many LGAs make up a senatorial district? What impressions do you seek to give about our military?

If you say that those areas are hot beds now, I will agree with you. But to say that they are under bandits control....that is very incorrect.

Lol.

If you like follow SDP and NRC...

2023 is not too far again....

You seem not to reckon with the Buhari influence. Anyone doing this, does so at his own peril.

Do you know what it means to win against Osinbajo? If Tinubu would have been stopped, it should have been at the primary.

Forget the Northern Christian thing....it isn't a key factor. Don't get carried away by the noise. Tinubu's wife is a Christian too.

Where were the so-called Christians, from either the North or South, during the primaries when Tinubu floored Amaechi and Osinbajo together? Didn't the delegates know that Osinbajo was contesting? Did they consider that Buhari, the sitting president, is a moslem, hence a christian should emerge as presidential candidate instead?

Anyone who follows Tinubu knows that the man cares less about religion. He is like me. Religion is private. Sanwoolu was installed by Tinubu; he is a Christian. Fashola is like that too. If aren't told the faith they belong to, you'd never know. This is because these things don't matter in governance. There are no christian roads, or moslem airports.

It is people like Tinubu, that are moderate with their faith, that Nigeria needs. We must remove religion from our public life, and put it in its rightful place of sacredness and privacy.

No candidate who contested the APC presidential primaries can stand an Atiku in a contest.
What influence has Buhari got left in the North?
Is it the his woeful performance or the insecurity?
2 of the 3 Senatorial districts in my state are now Bandits' stronghold.
Tinubu's wife being a Christian has Nothing to do with this elections.
Northern Christians are close to 30% of the population, you think you can overlook them?
Come with figures. A sizable part of Kano/jiigawa and part of Katsina is for Kwankwaso.
Other Northern states are for Wazirin Adamawa.

15 states are certain while the rest 5 is still skeptical for now.

All Northwestern states.
All southwest states.
4 northeast states.
3 Northcentral states.

Northwestern states. I was skeptical about this but the reality is that the Buhari support base are all clamouring for Tinubu. The Northwestern governors coupled with Buhari are all rooting for Tinubu. With elrufai as campaign DG, there's absolutely nothing the 419 tambuwal can do for Tinubu in this region.

Verdict.

Tinubu is expected to win all northwest state and also getting block votes from kano and Katsina. He might likely struggle with Atiku in sokoto but is expected to still win.

South-West: don't even go there. There's nothing any political opposition can do about this region. They should count it out of there equation.
Verdict: Tinubu to monopolize this region.

Northcentral: Tinubu is expected to win 3 states from this region, however only 1 state is certain which is kwara state. But he's most likely to win kogi and Niger.

Verdict: Tinubu to win kwara and kogi while also dragging Niger with Atiku.

Northeast: Bauchi, Borno, Gombe and Yobe should go to tinubu no doubt about it. However Atiku would likely pull an upset in 2 of the four states. Bauchi and gombe most likely.

Verdict: Tinubu to clinch at least 3 states from this region.

Many people online who are less informed about grassroot politics would ask how I expect Tinubu to dominate Northern regions when the likes of Kwankwaso and Atiku who are from there and are contesting the ballots.
Well like I said, they are less informed about grassroot politics until they do research themselves and see kwankwasiya cult followers all praising the jagaban or go to zaria to see northerners all praising the jagaban.
Majority of northerners calls tinubu jagaban for reason best known to them but the fact remains that the love is massive for the jagaban.

Anticipate the 2 million match for jagaban in Kano state. Then una go believe the weight.

This your illusion na die!
So, you sit somewhere in the South West and conjure figures?
You think here up north we know other than the 'bayerabe' that was Buhari's Mouthpiece during the Campaigns?
FYI, the North sees Buhari's 2 Tenures as a waste and an Atiku Presidency is what they look up to to make up for that.
Your BAT is not known up North.
All those People you Mentioned can't save themselves politically at the moment.
Atiku is the most popular poltician up North after Buhari.
Keep dreaming but i assure na Premium Tears go end am!
Zaria, Niger, Gombe, bla, bla...
Try visit the North and find out for yourself.

Heavyweight indeed.

Ment. All the big churches are in Lagos. Have they been islamised yet? Na ment? A good brain would know that since Tinubu didn't islamise his wife and Lagos, he won't islamise anyone. Stop limiting politics and competency to religion.

Like, you could see the high strides which Tinubu achieved in Lagos such as his legacies which include Lekki seaport, lekki trade zone, BRT, Eko Atlantic, BRT terminal, high increase in Lagos revenue even at the time Obasanjo withheld Lagos allocation for several years yet Tinubu made Lagos' thrived regardless. But rather than look at these, you're limiting Tinubu to his religion. How is Peter Obi who's got no achievement whatsoever better than Tinubu's enormous legacies in Lagos? Na ment? Tinubu is a first class graduate of accounting whereas Peter Obi is only a D pass graduate of philosophy.

Also, Tinubu is the most liberal leader who always ensure he brings in intelligent talents to nurture and work with him, irrespective of their religion or Tribes. People such as Fashola, Sanwo Olu, Osinbajo, Igbokwe etc..

Point is most Yoruba Muslims are different from the Northern Muslims. They don't allow religion to cage them. Personally, I hope for when religion would only be limited to home and religious houses because that's where it belongs. By limiting religion to only homes and religious houses, this would create more secular carefree avenue for people to use their brain to think outside of the box and improve their environment. Religion or non religion shouldn't be a determinant in any of our settings. Competence should always be championed and should be the main determinant.

Now on the question why Tinubu chose a Northern Muslim despite being a Muslim. It's a political strategic move. He chose a Northern leader from the core North which happens to be a Muslim since almost all the Northern leaders are Muslims anyway.

You all know that most of the leaders in the South are Christians while Muslims are the majorities in the North. Let imagine for example that a Northern Christian happened to get the presidential ticket of a huge platform, who do you think he would choose as his deputy in the South? Of course a popular Southern who may eventually end up being a Christian. Why? Because majority of the leaders in the South are Christian hence choosing one of the popular Southern leaders could end up being a Christian. That was exactly what Tinubu did. It's a political strategic move.

That's why religion shouldn't be a determinant in any settings because it's only a personal thing. Imagine if Shettima was only seen as a Northern Nigerian while Tinubu was seen as a Southern Nigerian. That already balanced the equation and criteria needed instead of bringing in religion into the prism. Point is when you look at Europe, American and Canada, they don't care about your religion whether you're Christian, Muslim or Atheist. What they care about is your competence irrespective of your religion. You wouldn't care about the religion of a doctor who's to operate on you but his competence. Religion shouldn't be a ticket for you to get your way out of your incompetence and I'm talking about Peter Obi who achieved absolute nothing in his Anambra state.

Meanwhile, I believe Tinubu chose Shettima as his deputy because Zulum was Shettima's protégé. Zulum would have been the perfect fit but he wanted a second term as a governor hence Shettima. This isn't about religion.
.
To we Northern Christians it matters.
If Northern Muslims cant accept Tinubu or Typical Southern Muslim as one of them then we can not also accept them.
OBJ won a Second term with the support of the Southern States and Northern Christians cos people like TY Danjuma, Jerry Gana, Garba Madaki Ali stuck out their necks for him.
Same for Yakowa and GEJ in 2011.
Tinubu's problem is crystal clear: The South where he is from is clearly Pro Obi more than they are Pro-Tinubu.
His Muslim Brothers in the North prefer Atiku and his Southern brothers seem to prefer Obi or maybe willing to split the votes...
His greatest undoing is telling us(Northern Christians) that we aren't worthy of being VP cos we aren't 'competent'.
A group of people who have more voting numbers than 4 SW states put together.

Congratulations to Senator Ibrahim Shettima. Looking at the level of loyalty and commitment he showed to Tinubu during the primary election, I’m not surprised at his nomination. He’s an excellent administrator and a loyal party man. He will make a good Vice President. With this, Tinubu’s presidency is a done deal.

With his nomination, APC should win Borno, Yobe and Gombe clearly. The party should also come second in Adamawa and with LP gaining momentum in Plateau and Taraba (two traditional PDP states), APC should win North East slightly over Atiku.

Sir, as catchy as your projection might sound BAT just shot himself in the foot with the Choice of Shettima.
Winning Borno yes but other North East States? No!
In the North Central he's guaranteed only Kwara and Kogi, Benue=LP, FCT and Plateau is open to LP and PDP. Nassarawa and Niger=PDP!
Kano and Jigawa=Kwankwaso and Atiku and the crumbs for APC. Other NW states=PDP cos there's already an unwritten agreement with Atiku that Tambuwal is going to be the Senate President if Atiku wins, hence the defections in the senate by mostly NW senators who will like to shock Tambuwal.
Down South Obi has changed the permutation for Tinubu so i don't see Tinubu coming second in the race even with his huge financial war chest hence Buhari's constant pleas to Nigerians not to allow PDP back to Aso Rock.
Who knows Shettima(politically) outside Borno/Yobe?

Having a Northern Candidate like Atiku against Tinubu and Obi is a walkover for the PDP.
