Is good to know that we still have people like Niyi here on nairaland that can be trusted i was given quotation by two installer one said is 1.225m for 4.5 aluminium and the other said is 1.180m.and i contacted Niyi and he send his installer to go and measure it then after they finished measuring it was done for 840k including workmanship and i just meet Niyi here on nairalander and i leave in Europe he really tried for me thank you so much bro may God almighty bless you abundantly in Jesus name Amen. this is the pics for roof.

my brother the major problem is because am not in Nigeria my mother is the person over seeing the project and she is old and don't have ideas about building what i have done so far there is the ideas am get from NL .

the idea of do it ur self is the best of all so you can get the best quality you want am impressed with the way you break down every stage of this project i most say you have done well sir God bless U.

my engineer gave me this quote for the wood work..... 2*2 -130 pis...
. 3*4 -18 pis. ...... 2*4 - 90 pis ...... 2*3 - 90 pis ......1bag of 3inches nail and 1bag of 4inches nails. .. please i need answers please is the wood munch or is ok

if not for this filling the guy would still be soaking me like breast but now am on this thread i don't think that would again because i will make enquiries before ordering any materials

my am already a victim the person i trusted betrayed me i gave him money to make blocks for me my brother the blocks the guy make is useless i was told that some of the blocks are not strong the idiot use my cement for his own project which is on plastering level now i have spend about 320k to mound blocks and they said the block on grand can't even take it to liltel at all

the thing the first person i gave money did not bring the first 10trips complete my engineer said so then i have to ask my mother to go and order for 10trips again her self to see if it true to my surprise to guy only brought 7tips and said is 10trips i have to tell the guy to stop coming to the site because i trusted everything to him before

i ask my engineer to take the block work stage by stage now he said from this foundation to liltel he will collect 140k from me please is the price ok or not please my brother your advice will easy my mind thanks

yes that is true i ask the engineer to do it so he said is too raining now that we will have to set the soak away if we have to do like that and i have not budget that now
