Sir, are you confused? Don't you know what Brethren means? The prophet was to be raised from Israel. Show me where Muhammad was mentioned?
Brethren of Jew are the Arabs where Prophet Muhammad was raised, Moses and Jesus were both jews ,and Moses said the prophet will be like unto thee, he will be like him. Jesus was not like Moses, example Jesus has only mother, but Moses and Muhammad both of them have mother and father, Both m and m they have wife, Jesus has no wife.
They had children and died naturally. In conclusion
Prophet Muhammad was like Prophet Moses.

Sir, the prophet that was asked of was that which moses spoke about in Deuteronomy 18:15. The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you – from your fellow Israelites; you must listen to him.
So you see? There is absolutely no way it can be Muhammad because it was said from among the Israelites.
That prophet came in the form of Jesus. The priests and the Levites believed the Christ and the prophet were two different people. But Jesus was that prophet. Go back to Deuteronomy 18 and read the qualities of that prophet and then compare them to both Jesus and Muhammad. He fits the description of Jesus perfectly. So the Christ and the Prophet are one.
And as for the guy that told you its Isaiah, people of like faith don't always agree on a thing. As a Muslim you should be used to that perfectly.
Deutonomy 18:18-19 is talking about who. You have failed John 1:19-21,

Deu18:18-18KJV:I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
NIV:I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their fellow Israelites, and I will put my words in his mouth. He will tell them everything I command him..

Pls which version is correct Kjv or Niv. Check this word among their brethren and fellow Israelites are they thesame. And explain

Are you saying that is Muhammad? Really? Sir I suggest you stop listening to too much Muslim clerics and read on your own to understand. I will ask you. John came to prepare the way for someone. Who was that person? Stop quoting the Bible out of context.
Let's start from John 1:12.
12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

[13] Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

[14] And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

[15] John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me.

[16] And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.

[17] For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

[18] No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

[19] And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou?

[20] And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I 12] But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

[20] And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ.

[21] And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.

[21] And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.

Sir from the passage and pay close attention to the passage. The prophet John was talking about was Jesus. Not Muhammad.
I know your next question. How can Jesus be a prophet and be God at the same time? I will advice that if you need an answer to that question, you need to have an open mind. So I will ask you sir. Do you want to fully understand what the Trinity is? Because that is the only way you can understand how Jesus can be a prophet of God and God at the same time. If your answer is yes, I will give you a clear explanation and you will never be in doubt again.
You have not answer my question about John, three prophets are asked of Christ, Elias, and that prophet. Who is the prophet apart from Christ and Elias they have already asked tell me.

A Christian brother told me it was Isiah and you said it was Jesus, are you confused

Sir, what is John 1: 19-21? I read it and still don't get the point you are trying to make.
And no! Women are allowed to speak in churches. Read 1st Corinthians 11: 5. Paul clearly States women can pray and prophesy. Sir, context is key. Paul was writing to the Corinth on their disorganized services. If you had taken the time to read other verses instead of cherry picking you would have discovered the following.
Verses 27–28a, “If any speak in a tongue, let there be only two or at most three, and each in turn, and let someone interpret. But if there is no one to interpret, let each of them keep silent in church.”
• Verses 29–31a, “Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others weigh what is said. If a revelation is made to another sitting there, let the first be silent. For you can all prophesy one by one.”
Paul was giving rules for the church in Corinth which was disorganized at that time. It wasn't a standing order.
If a woman wants to pray or prophesy in church, let her do so while showing the proper respect for church authority; otherwise, let her remain silent. Sir, to understand the Bible, you don't cherry pick verses. You read the whole thing with inspiration of the Holy spirit.
And who says women shouldn't be allowed in church during their cycle? I don't know where that came from.
And finally, Head covering. Sir, this is still a debate among various christian churches. Many churches take to head covering while some don't. But the fact was that head covering was the sign of a Chaste, respectful woman. It was the tradition at that time.
1corentia 14:34-35
Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says.
35
NIV:If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church

Please explain the verse spiritualy. So is even a disgrace for women to speak in the church and you said they share the same authority.

John 1:19-21ow this was John’s testimony when the Jewish leaders in Jerusalem sent priests and Levites to ask him who he was.
20
NIV:He did not fail to confess, but confessed freely, “I am not the Messiah.”
21
NIV:They asked him, “Then who are you? Are you Elijah?” He said, “I am not.” “Are you the Prophet?” He answered, “No.”

Are you the prohet ? In verse 21,can you please tell me the name of the prophet. And why they don't want to put the real name in the English translation .

Sir, you haven't refuted any of my claims. You haven't told me why women are second class citizens in Islam. And paul wrote letters to churches. We are the churches. Those letters were inspired by God. I know you will call Paul a false prophet. But what proof do you have that Muhammad was a real prophet? Paul's teachings were In line with Jesus' teachings and there was no way that Muhammad and Jesus taught the same thing.
Finally sir, created in the Image doesn't mean physical image. It signifies authority. And women have as much authority as men and so shouldn't be treated as though they are not as important.
What image then ? Read John 1: 19-21

Do you know women her to remain silent in the church and you said they share same authority

So nothing like prophetess. Women are not allow to the church during their menstrual cycles.

Women are said to covered their Head. if not covered shave them. It a pity you people don't know what you are told to do.

Sir, you people fail to understand the fundamentals of Christianity. We are not under the law of Moses. We under grace through the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. That verse you quoted was a law given to a particular set of people at a particular time. No one knew why that law was given. And judging from the peculiarity of the law, it was probably given because something like that had happened before. How many times do you see two men fighting and the wife of one grabs the other by his private parts?
Sir, the Bible gives women a special status. Feminism was started in the Bible and I will give you proof. No human is meant to be beneath another. No Human should be treated as second class citizens. The resurrection of our Lord (which is one of the fundamental of our faith) was entrusted into the hands of women. They were the first to carry this news. So I am a Christian today because of the testimony of women. But your Hadith degrades them by saying their testimonies are worth half of a man's because of the deficiency of their mind.
Galatians 3: 26-28:

[26] For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

[27] For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

[28] There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Notice the bolded. There is neither Jew nor Greek. This means once you are into Christ, your tribe of beliefs do not matter. Whether you are Hausa or Igbo or Yoruba, it doesn't matter as long as you are one in Christ. That means in Christ there is no tribalism.
There is neither bond nor free . I don't need to explain that. It simply means there should be no slaves nor masters. We are all one.
There is neither male nor female . This simply means no gender is above another. That right there sir is feminism. And that is how it is meant to be. If we are all created in the image of God, why is one gender above another?
If we are created in Image of god it means God also have anus ? Is god male or female ? You chose to used your own opinion or ideas to continue misunderstanding
No tribalism in Islam Once you say the shahada (Testifying that no any other god but Allah and Prophet Muhammad is a messenger of Allah) that is why we pray together go to hajj from different countries China, Ghana, Philipian, name them.

Please Galatians, thessilonia, and Corinthians especially was a letter written by Paul to people of corinthins and You chose to be abide by the message of those people.

Jesus never saw all those books of Bible. Saw what is the name Of Jesus Church ?

Sir, the Koran doesn't say anything about light beating. It says "scourge" which is serious and hard. And you ignored the Hadith I showed you. Islam encourages beating of women and that is very wrong. Go and see how women suffer in Muslim countries all in the name of religion.
Deutonomy 25 vs 11:12 If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts,
12
NIV:you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity.

Compare this verse with our discussion.Even is a mistake they should cut off her hand no pity. Read this Quran verse is telling you don't even beat, you don't need to confuse your self, it is straight way straight path read the verse in between.

Quran 34:4 Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allâh has made one of them to excel the other, and because they spend (to support them) from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient (to Allâh and to their husbands), and guard in the husband's absence what Allâh orders them to guard (e.g. their chastity, their husband's property, etc.). As to those women on whose part you see illconduct, admonish them (first), (next), refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly, if it is useful), but if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). Surely, Allâh is Ever Most High, Most Great

Beat them lightly? The Koran never specified that they should be beaten lightly. Some versions of your Koran uses the word "scourge" and that means to course great suffering to someone. Now let's look at your Hadiths shall we?
Sahih al-Bukhari 5825—Narrated Ikrima: Rifaa divorced his wife whereupon Abdur-Rahman married her. Aisha said that the lady came wearing a green veil and complained to her (Aisha) and showed her a green spot on her skin caused by beating. It was the habit of ladies to support each other, so when Allah’s messenger came, Aisha said, “I have not seen any woman suffering as much as the believing women. Look! Her skin is greener than her clothes!”
Two things. Aisha says "I have not seen any woman suffering like the believing women". This means that all the pagans at that time you lot love to condemn and praise Muhammad for saving them even had women that didn't suffer like the Muslims.
Secondly that woman was beaten till her skin was greener than her clothes. That must have been some " light beating".
You have now understand even prophet save the pagans women, see you practice and follow the prophet, if God say things like Salat, fasting, going to hajj, then beat women lightly in the Quran such verse those not teach how many times are you too pray, fast but only the prophet can explain more of them. Don't let us go Into serious discussion about this beating is a simple and straight forward thing, your own thinking is beating,

Some people think tattoos and piercing is a sin ... What does the bible really say about tattoos ??
Well The Old Testament law commanded the Israelites, “Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORD” (Leviticus 19:28).It says FOR THE DEAD ...
So, even though believers today are not under the Old Testament law (Romans 10:4; Galatians 3:23-25; Ephesians 2:15), the fact that there was a command against tattoos should raise some questions.

Olodo you don't know your bible you are so ignorant,

The New Testament does not say anything about whether or not a believer should get a tattoo.....
Nine verses earlier in the same chapter (Leviticus 19:19) the people of Israel were also commanded to avoid mixing fibers in garments:
Nor shall a garment of mixed linen and wool come upon you.
Therefore, if someone chose to consider a tattoo sinful, then they would have to toss all their cotton/polyester clothing too! It also say do not cut ur beard ...and hair among other things...

With regard to tattoos and other matters of secondary importance, we shouldnt judge others because they are accountable to the Lord and not to us (Rom. 14:4, 10-12). This means respecting each other’s opinion as we can have differing views on what pleases the Lord (1 Th. 4:1)........

Also, because images affect thoughts, any tattoo that you might get should focus on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy, and not obscene (Phil. 4:8; Eph. 5:3-5). For example, it could symbolize a Biblical truth which represents your relationship with Christ....
To me ...Tattos are artwork .....It is beyond doubt that tattoos are NOT sinful and that Christians expressing their faith with some ink under their skin have NOT succumbed to Satan's wiles (at least, not because of the tattoos).
Yet, let us remember that just because we are allowed to be tattooed, doesn't mean that this is what is best for everyone..... St. Paul tells us that we need to be careful that our actions do not lead others away from the faith....it is up to each and one of us to deside if it ir right for us or not ...It is whats in ur heart that will be juged by God ...
What people think of u doesnt define u ...Your words and deeds do ...
You're olodo please read this verse below
Mathew 5 vs 17:18
NIV:“17Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.
18
NIV:For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

Like seriously, I wonder how many times you read that passage of the Bible before quoting it here. That passage of the Bible was actually talking about prophet Isaiah and not your prophet Muhammed. Please learn not to read the Bible just because you want to quote scriptures for counter arguments, your lack of understanding of these scriptures will only be made more visible because it centres around whatever thing you do. Salvation through Christ Jesus is not by force but free to all and thats why you as a person was created to express your free will, always learn not to be a bigot because it will keep defining whatever you do.
Obgona onu thank you but please go and check the Greek Bible you Will be surprise to See the MUHAMMAD you don't believe in. Isaiah is not even among the option. Nothing really bigot in saying the truth about what god has blessed. I pray you will not be among those Jesus Christ will say get away from me. And ask your parents, pastor why they didn't put MUHAMMAD or Isaiah that they now say prophet .Why the name is missing, are you Christ and Elias are all there. May God opens your eyes bros.
