EBF is good o but i think it is over rated...I wanted to do it but when my DD arrived, I wasnt lactating well as in no milk at all and baby was hungry..It was d nurses that even gave her d formula and my EBF plan went straight outta d window. Now she s strictly on BM during d day and formula at night. sometimes when i express the milk sef d thing go jst dry..Will i let my baby go hungry because i want to do EBF?
I dont even have d strength

Edd was supposed to b 20 Feb o. I was at work this morning around 7am when i started havn menstrual like cramps. I dnt thnk mch of it bt my instinct told me to leave d office by nine am cos it ws gettn more frequent. i still felt d baby de do shakara. i decided to take a walk to my moms place..nt too far from my office. I was there when i felt a sudden gush of liquid from my V. it was brown and so much..Around 10 am my water broke. So messy...reality nw dawned on me. My hubby came to pick me and we arrived d hosp around sm mins to one.. I was 6-7cm dilated when i was first examined..d yeye docs were nw saying my water had meconium that is baby had pooed in me. They scared me by looking for fetal heartbeat..na so dem no hear anythn o .shuo! I cm de fear o..They doc examined d cervix again n told d nurses that i was fully dilated and dey shd cm n take delivery..i was stunned..now now! My sisters, it can only b God oo. d doc askd me if i knew hw to push and I said d Lord will teach me..na so we cm start oo..i de grunt...lol..there were more than 5 medical personnel in that room..all of them shouting push...na so d doc told d nurse to cut me o ...dt one was doing sme sme..d doc shouted that she shd cut it well..i felt it oo..choi! not long after that i pushd like i wanted to use d toilet n mi baby gal cm out..dey put her on my chest...at 1:15pm. Sexy borning. #FTM. D labour no even pain me like that...d stitches were painful...m sure i was stitched more than 20 times and d wicked doctor did not have mercy on me...I was glad when it was over sha...

Madam Olubankemi, na God I take beg u...listen to your body. When u r tired, rest.Too much stress isnt good for you and ur baby(ies). When i got preggy too, I was forming superwoman, cook this, clean that..with little or no hlp frm hubby until I sat him down and educated him, I even forwarded links for him to read. No two pregnancies are d same. mayb u should stop this superwoman thingy and see how it goes. Pls rest ooo..very important and dont forget to pray.

Happy new month mamas...na so we don enter February o...chai..d countdown begins...wishing all Feb mums and others supernatural delivery.

@lcoral, some people believe too much scan affects the baby. they say one radioactive something like that...I wonder. My doc sent me for scan once at 20 smtn weeks and realised baby is in the right position. He hasnt called for another one. I however went on my own to do a scan when i was worried my baby wasnt moving. Maybe you should ask him directly.

Brides, I will be getting married in May. My mom was like since I am getting married in the church, i would only go to the court for swearing of oath. She said that was how it was in their time. lol. But I see that people who go to the registry do a kind of wedding. please can someone explain the real process to me.
