Good day all.. I'm having a serious issue.. I've passed the test successfully. The main problem now is to open a PayPal account.. Note: I have the PDf that was dropped and I followed the instructions carefully.. The main issue is the postal code portion.. It keeps saying that it's wrong even though it's the right code..
