I saw this question that was left unanswered on slack:

How do we transcribe when the customer says it is 3ses while indicating that her name is spelled with sss (like jesss).

I thought about it and I'm not sure about what to transcribe in such scenario.

What do u guys think?

Should it be three S's or three s or three s'es or three sss?
Someone on slack replied with three S-S-S.

If twas me I would go with three s.
I'll go with "SSS". I've encountered same scenario before whereby the rep said triple A and I transcribed it as AAA

Thanks. but I used a new email and dey sent a test link but the test link is directing me to loginpage even though av cleared cache and data of the browser
It's directing you to a log in page because either one of these two occurred
1. It's either that email you're using has been used by you or
2. The phone number you're using has been used.

So, check both

How can I access their test again? Do I have to use a new browser? because the testlink they sent me is redirecting me to login
You need a new email address. Repeat the same procedure you followed during your first registration. Make sure you bounce back and better.

Hello everyone. Has anyone thought about how Nigerian companies do their transcriptions? I mean do they source it out to third party companies or employ their own transcriptors?
Imagine transcribing a call from glo. what you'll be hearing is "what kind of useless network is this? I've not been able to call or browse for days!! Nonsense" grin grin grin grin

Back to your question.

I've thought about that too. Like how do they get their calls transcribed, or maybe they don't huh huh.
I'll allow my ogas to answer this.

INSTANTCASH345:
Good morning house...

Pls,my PayPal account refuses to recognize both my Zenith & Polaris visa cards when I tried to verify it.Tho,there was no cash in there as at then when I wanted to verify it initially, but when the cash came in,I also tried to verify again but its still not going.I am using a Lesotho PayPal acct.I opened for a friend in Lag and his acct was verify immediately using Access Visa card after a deduction of about #400.

Now,I would like to ask those who verified through routine number of their banks.Pls,can anyone give me the routing number of any of these banks;Zenith bank Polaris bank or Access bank as the case maybe(I just opened an Access bank account this morning on my bed).

I have already started using the PayPal acct to receive funds tho and a lot is inside now. So,pls, kindly help so I can link it to my bank account without any stress again.
Well, when I joined this great community, I was having an account with both GTB and ACCESS but I decided to follow instructions and went for an AFRICARD. What I'm trying to say is that 98% of people here are making use of AFRICARD but if you actually opened for a friend and it was successful, I'd suggest you follow same procedure for yours, except it was fluk or something else. But if you're not able to do yours after several trials, and you decide to go for an Africard, then page 40 is available and detailed. But you can also wait for people who linked with the access visa card and are withdrawing successfully to answer your questions.

Remember :- one thing is to link your card and another thing is to withdraw successfully. Peace.

To the bosses in the house :

Trying to open a PayPal account, South Africa but am stucked at the postal code. It keeps rejecting all the postal code I tried.

Am I doing something wrong?
Now, try opening it without the postal code and see. Asin fill everything and skip the postal code. I had same issue and that was how I resolved mine. I later went and insert it after the entire registration.

Celebsnews:
The person suggested that role for you because you're alway harsh when newbies try asking questions. To think you also learnt from the old good samaritans here, who were always willing to answer your questions is saddening.
Lol...So, telling someone to back read is now being harsh abi? Well, if he decides not to read, he'll have to learn from his own mistakes rather than others who already made same here and was provided with solutions. Most newbie here won't even read at least first 10 pages not to even talk about the FAQ. I had to screen shot the format of transcribing phone number after someone said he couldn't find it on FAQ. He now said, he read it but wasn't sure huh huh undecided undecided. Lack of back reading also made someone to start looking for a home lesson teacher that will teach him how to transcribe even with all the information here.. grin grin and was charged 60% of his earnings... So, oga Celebsnews, encourage them to at least read so as to avoid unnecessary questions and costly mistakes. Peace brother.
