thorrvik55: From wot the Big Madam said, dat feature is still in it's beta phase and they're still testing it out..
If u check at the right u'll see number of claims = infinity. I believe after the test period those dat are not among the very top transcribers would not have unlimited number of claims. One might get like 20 to 30 claims per week depending on how many minutes he works the previous week.. That's true.. I'm also suspecting that this is as a result of the Yanki trying to lift the Lockdown next week, hence lots of phone calls from loans and other companies will be massive. Those calls with high priorities will be dished out to the people with this new features (Especially FC UK calls, sad but true ). I had a conversation with Big madam last week in her DM and she was telling me that very soon, if dia engineers achieve what they're planning to, that's for AI transcripts to be perfect, she's going to be working with people in her team. So you might think there are little or no calls but at the backend, some selected people are cashing out big time. I think this new feature MIGHT be a step forward( not 100% sure). |

thorrvik55: QA have come again with another new feature.
It does not favour guys dat just joined the platform sha I swear.. They want to lay off people, but won't stop accepting newbies. Generating traffic is another way they make money and that's why they keep the newbies coming in. I happened to work over 400 minutes last week and was among top 200 transcribers. The new interface I now have is for me to just request for the call range I want and they'll just send me an email when the call is reserved. I have 30 minutes to pick it up or I flag it and request for another one. |

Mekanus: I have been working with the new platform since I started in November last year and I haven't had any problem with it except for that unremoved AI content. This Beta platform is certainly best for phone users. Those who were just migrated to the new platform should just be patient with it because when you finally get a hang of it, you will certainly love it more than the old platform. The problem I'm having is that anytime I touch my phone screen to edit, it zooms first. How can I stop this. I'm using Chrome. |

SUPERPACK: To be clear, the functionality you're describing is something we've had suggested to us. and I believe it's in development. We're very focused on building the best product in the space, but we still have to prioritise new features. To reiterate, you're looking for the ability to highlight multiple accounts and see the top metrics for all highlighted accounts. Is that right? To the old transcribers that has been working on the new platform for some time while using dia phone. How do you get to work faster? Qa just pushed everyone to the new platform and I'm not as fast as the old platform. Any secret will be appreciated. |

dreaizy: Good morning guys, I have a question. I am using PayPal with Africard. I have already used it to withdraw money to Nigeria twice. Before my last withdraw, I saw a message on the dashboard. PayPal is asking me to remove limits on my account by confirming my card. I thought I already did that when I added the Africard. I tired to do it again but it's not going through. maybe the money in my africard is not enough (about N400). My questions are , how do I fix this? What is the monthly limit on my account, if I don't confirm the card? The cash you withdrew, was the source from Qa alone? |
