That job you're referring to, is a failed transcript from someone that didn't utilize his "redo" option. It had to be sent back to the queue, and you picked it.
Boss. Samsard complained about his account being limited. To the best of your knowledge, what would have prompted that?

permanently limited. It never cleared.
Sam.. Did you use your pp for any business transactions other than receiving money from Qa? How long have you been using the account?
I want to know why they have to limit your account. Just curious. Reply.

Boss please, assuming I have $100 in my PayPal, can I withdraw all?
Reason I asked is because of the transaction fee. Is it charged from the amount I entered for withdrawing?

Or is it from the balance remaining.

Another thing is the place for the amount, should I enter just the amount, like, 100 or 100 USD?
kinzu:
Enter $98 leave like $2 every time. Type 98, you should get $93
Do that brotherly

On one of the calls I worked on yesterday, the rep was wishing the customer happy holidays... I guess that's the reason for the absence of calls. Notwithstanding, I picked a 6min webly call this morning.
They should better come back from holiday and let's get busy o.
I just quit my job this month to face them fulltime cool. I can't come and be sleeping all day... undecided grin
Lol.. I was lucky that I started working by 4 am. Made like $5 before 10am. Was surprised to see the dashboard naked

Please I failed my test too. I can use another email but i may not do well if i'm not guided. I did my best in my previous test, I can't understand while they said I failed. Meanwhile, below is a copy of what I transcribed.

"To be clear, the functionality describing the something we had to dress into us; and I believe is in development. We're very focused on building the best part of our space, but we sort to prioritize new features. Three-Three, you are looking for the ability to highlight multiple accounts, and see the top matrix for all highlighted accounts. Is that right (understood)? "

Has anyone here ever had their funds held or pending after attempting a withdrawal to card?
Mine stayed 72 hrs. If you make the withdrawal today, I doubt if the hours they gave you will include weekends. I think 72 hrs means 72 hrs within the working days.

How can I pause the call while transcribing on phone? It's easier on laptop with F3 button but I can't seem to find a way to pause and then type while I'm on phone. Anyone with useful information can please assist.
nwafresh:
For those of us that are using smartphone, go and download an app on playstore called Nextapp. It's a keyboard with the ESC, F1,F2,F3 features. I'm currently using the app
It's on page 33. ESC is for pausing, F1 for <<, F2 for >>>

What if a rep and a customer is on convo and then another person in the background of the customer makes a comment related to the convo (just once, because the person can hear what they are discussing) and the rep laughs. Should it be transcribed?
Id advice you to download slack app on playstore so that you can ask and get answers immediately based on calls.

Everything you need to do is in that ebook. Use your correct home address that's on any of your utility bill (NEPA or WATER BILL) so that it will correspond when you'll open your AFRICARD prepaid account with UBA.

And leave the postal/zip code blank. In fact, just read that ebook slowly again.

Maybe some people have been using this method, it's something I just discovered and I want to share with the phone users.

Now, whenever you are working on a call, the right part of the platform use to obstruct your transcripts, thereby making it hard for you to edit or type at ease. Worry not, cos this is exactly what you'll do.

What I do is, I cut the sentences to a side where that obstruction won't interfere. I'll illustrate with a short call

Rep: Hi, Frank. My name is Joe and I'm calling from Glo.
Explanation: Now, if the right part of the platform is making it hard for you to see from “ and I'm calling from Glo, what I do is, I cut it. And it will look like this

Rep: Hi, Frank. My name is Joe
Rep: and I'm calling from Glo.

Now, observe that I didn't put a full spot at "Joe". I just tap enter from that "Joe" on my keypad and it cut the sentence. Another thing to note is the space. Normally, there's space after "Joe" so cut the sentence at that space after "Joe" then make sure there's no space before "and" at the continuation of the sentence.

Note: remember to label the SPEAKERS CORRECTLY. cos it sometimes it may change from REP to CUSTOMER while the person talking is the REP.

I hope this break down will help.

Just found this thread, decided to share since we are all here for making money.

https://www.nairaland.com/5376558/making-money-online-it-all#81530904
Na English full there.

Anyway, those that are having difficulties working with phones, I have an easy technique I'm now using. It makes the job so easy that you don't have to worry about the other end of the screen that's covering your transcripts, thereby making it hard for you. Just indicate if you want to know about this little technique
