Yes,. You can. But it is advisable to link a card To it so as to avoid stories that sends the heart into a frenzy.

If you want your account to at least live long,

Always use one network, glo or mtn or airtel to open your PayPal account. And maintain one Sim card.
Always use one browser (chrome preferably) to open your account.
Maintain one device for your PayPal login. If you're using phone, stick to it alone. If your using PC stick to it alone.
Always log in with /ls since it's Lesotho. Good luck.

Make sure you don't receive funds from random source.

Have Glo and Paypal settled their quarrel?

I'm not sure that's true. Even black market is still N400 and something..

Africard is still below N400, maybe b4 d end of next month if things don't get better it might get to dat...

I wouldn't be quick to accuse the friend until I know how much was withdrawn. Paypal rate is between #387 to #390 for some weeks now. But when the $5 charge gets deducted, it could drop to as low as #320.

So, the question should be how much was withdrawn?

This PayPal charge is really something o.

Re: Self Employment Opportunity: Transcribing For A Living In Nigeria Part 1 by Nobody: 3:34pm On Apr 26, 2020
It can never be at that rate of 320

Any amount lesser than $30 will actually amount to #320 or less after the $5 charge is deducted.

I'm just worried that he might see his 'friend' as being deceitful unjustly. That's just my point here.

Getting in is definitely not nearly as easy as Qaworld, you have to just give it a decent shot. Staying in is not hard for me because it's not my first time transcribing.
