Presidential candidate of the crisis-torn Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar was in the news again for the wrong reasons when he infamously declared that “As Custom Officer, I Blocked You From Bringing Hard Drugs To Nigeria.” He was attacking APC Flag Bearer, Bola Tinubu.

In the above story, which was largely reported in the media, Atiku stated that while serving as Deputy Director of Customs in charge of Enforcement and Drugs, he stopped the ruling APC candidate and others from bringing hard drugs into the country.

The statement read, “Tinubu’s frustration is quite understandable given the fact that in 1989 while Atiku, a Federal officer, was serving as the Deputy Director of Customs in charge of Enforcement and Drugs and was protecting the country’s borders from smugglers and drug dealers, Tinubu was in bed with two notorious drug kingpins.

“American authorities revealed that Akande took Tinubu to a bank where he opened an account for himself and his wife Oluremi in 1989. While opening the account, the Lagos godfather revealed in documents that he worked with Mobil Nigeria Limited and his salary was $2,400 and he had no other sources of income. But records from his bank account showed that in 1990, he deposited $661,000 into his individual money market account and in 1991 deposited $1,216,500 into the same money market account.

“In a bid to protect their reputation, Mobil representatives told US authorities that even though Tinubu was a treasurer, he had no direct access to the company’s cash and thus could not deposit funds on behalf of the firm. Till date Tinubu has not been able to explain to any human being how he was able to save over $1.8 million from his monthly pay of $2, 400. Luckily for him, he was able to negotiate a deal with the US government which saw him forfeit over $460,000 in cash. Yet this is the same man that is taking the moral high ground, this must be the joke of the century. This is a man whose entire life is built on falsehood. He is not even brave enough to reveal the primary and secondary schools he attended for fear of the avalanche of dirt that will be unearthed about his life.”

But Atiku Abubakar and Bola Tinubu are two sides of the same coin, with alleged odious past, who are sadly, permanent fixtures in the plague that has held Nigeria down since the dawn of this republic in 1999, and should have no place in a nation in dire need of rebirth and renewal.

According to a Bloomberg report, the duo’s past records shows that neither of them is free of corruption allegations. According to the report, the history of graft allegations surrounding the two candidates means neither is likely to curb corruption as we gradually approach February 25 when Nigerians will vote to choose a new President to succeed President Buhari.

According to Bloomberg, Bola Tinubu was being investigated by the country’s anti-corruption agency as recently as June 2021. Three decades ago he fought a lawsuit in which the US government accused him of laundering and eventually reached a settlement.

Conversely, according to Bloomberg, “Atiku Abubakar brought tens of millions of dollars of ‘suspect funds’ into the US when he was Nigeria’s vice president in the 2000s, according to a US Senate report, and was implicated in a bribery case that resulted in the imprisonment of an American congressman.”


According to Reuters, Atiku Abubakar featured prominently in the trial of former U.S. Representative, who was accused of trying to bribe him in an effort to expand a technology business in Nigeria. The former U.S. Representative was convicted in 2009 and sentenced to 13 years in prison. His sentence was subsequently reduced.

For Tinubu, being associated with drug peddling that destroys millions of lives yearly is very worrisome. These allegations are yet to be refuted by Tinubu and APC Presidential campaign council.


It has now been judicially established beyond all reasonable doubt that Tinubu was indicted as a co-defendant in a federal case.

Not only was he indicted, he was fingered as the bag man for a cartel. And rather than fight those charges, Tinubu agreed to forfeit a colossal sum of $460,000 to the US government in 1993.

What does Tinubu’s agreement to forfeit a whopping $460,000 mean?

According to legal experts, forfeiture is equivalent to a conviction, in the sense that the accused is not fighting the charges against him/her on their merits, and has rather reached a plea bargain.

According to a national daily, “having a man such as Bola Tinubu, as President, is a serious national security risk. He will be vulnerable to blackmail from foreign intelligence agencies.”

Attempting to vote for either Atiku Abubakar or Bola Ahmed Tinubu will amount to turning our beloved country into the butt of jokes in the international community by electing persons with such history as our President.

IMF just release 2022 global largest economy, Iran Economy is approximately $2T.
While Australia’s Economy is approximately $1.750T.

I’ve never been to Iran or Australia, but google shows beautiful pictures in Australia and sad pictures for Iran.

With $2T Economy, while Spain is just $1.4T and Netherlands $1T, don’t you all think Iran will probably be better than they’re painted… just curious.

Atiku Will Sell Your Birthright, Obi Will Save Money and Make You Go Hungry, Tinubu Warns Nigerians

The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu has warned Nigerians against voting the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and his Labour Party’s counterpart, Peter Obi.

He said Atiku wasn’t ready to do the brave and hard work required to build a better nation, but he would rather sell the nation’s asset to the highest bidder, while Obi would rather save money and allow the people to go hungry.

Tinubu, while speaking Saturday at Democracy Park in Akure during APC rally stated categorically that neither city-dwellers nor farmers prospered while Obi was the governor of Anambra state.

He said: “On February 25, I know you will be a champion of progressive politics again. That date represents for the nation and for each and every one of us an appointment with destiny.

“We not only must make that appointment, we must emerge from the appointment fully dedicated to creating a more prosperous, safer, tolerant and dynamic society.

“But these things do not come by accident. These things are but some of the fruits that only progressive and democratic good governance can harvest. And that progressive governance can only be brought to you by someone who has governed in a progressive manner before.”

Taking a swipe at Atiku and Obi, Tinubu said the former Vice President care less that his policies and action would impoverish the people.

Tinubu added: “He doesn’t want to do the brave and hard work required to build a better nation. Instead, he would rather sell your birthright to the highest bidder and run off with the proceeds.

“He cares little that his policies and actions will impoverish you and leave you with nothing.”

The former Lagos state Governor stressed that Obi had a chance to show how progressive he could be when he was governor of Anambra State.

He stressed, “All he could do was boast that he saved money. But I tell you it is a wicked parent that holds money in his hand yet allows his children to starve.

“Likewise, it is a heartless governor who holds back money when people went hungry, schools, roads and clinics went into disrepair. Neither the city-dweller nor farmer prospered under him.

“In the end, he refused to save the people because he preferred to save the money. And he claims to be the party of labor. You will have to be laboring under a terrible delusion if you think he will do better for the nation than he did for Anambra State.”

Tinubu noted that Nigerians cannot entrust their future in the hands of Atiku who is ready to sell the nation’s assets or Obi who is known to be stingy.

He stated: “The truth of the difference between my leadership and that of Mr. Obi lies in one observation. Although Lagos is crowded and Anambra has ample space, more people left Obi’s Anambra seeking a better life in Tinubu’s Lagos than left Lagos believing Obi had established a blueprint for growth in Anambra.

“My people, you cannot entrust your future or that of our nation to Mr. Sell Everything Atiku or Mr. Stingy Obi. But you can trust Mr. Progressive Good Governance Tinubu! “

The presidential candidate of Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi has urged Nigerians to cooperate with Labour Party to destroy killer structures both the All Progressives Congress, APC, and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, bragged over.

He also stressed the need for Nigerians to take back the country from sick, old and tired veterans with sense of entitlement by voting him and Baba Datti-Ahmed in the February 2023 presidential election.

Speaking at the presidential rally held at Freedom Park, Osogbo on Saturday, Obi said the parties that brag of structures can only point to killings, insecurity, intermittent strikes by University lecturers as major achievement, hence, Nigerians must change the narratives.

“Nigerians are hungry, youths have no job, it is not safe to travel anywhere in Nigeria today, all these challenges are caused by those who say they have party structure, but these structure have crippled Nigeria, I want me and you to destroy these structures by voting them out next month.

“We are going to secure and unite Nigeria, we want Nigeria to be proud of being a Nigerian. We will deliver a secured Nigeria. We don’t want Nigerians to be in IDP camp, we don’t want you to be a slave in your own country.

“We are going to govern this country with fear of God. We will give you jobs, we will change Nigeria from consuming country to a producing one.

“These people kept on bragging that they have structures, yet, they are not doing anything. They are not producing anything in this state, youths are unemployed, we will change these challenges”.

While charging Nigerians not to vote based on religion or ethnic sentiments, he stressed that the country needs mentally and physically fits leaders to pull it out of the present quagmire.

He also charged Nigerians to collect money from those who stole the country’s money and vote them out of power for Nigeria to be prosperous.

“Those that have structures have stolen our money, we will fight corruption, myself and my Vice, we have our own business that we make money before we come into the government, we have never stole any money from from anyone till date.

“They are going to give you money on Election Day, collect the money and vote them out. We will end the plan to turn Nigerians to beggar because we will make the county work this time.

“Myself and Datti are young and very fit. We can run around for hours to ensure that Nigeria works again. The country at this time need mentally and physically fits leaders to salvage it from present challenges,” he added.

While addressing the gathering, Labour Party National Chairman, Julius Abure urged Nigerians that are yet to pick their Permanent Voter’s Card, PVC, to do so before deadline, stressing that changing the Nigerian narratives without PVC is impossible.
