I simply used one of the templates I got from the links on page zero of this page. The deed was notarised but we got the person notarising it to take a look at it first. He didn't charge us extra for this service. Made a few amendments based on the notary's recommendation and went back to notarise it. I do know that some people do not notarise theirs and it still flew.

Please can anyone explain the gift deed process thoroughly. Any guru in the house please.How does one go about the paper work, if its from family, or friends. Thanks. Cc.Euanb th

Visa approved, passport arrived today! Want to say a very big thank you for every contributor here. Although I applied too late, considering my school resumed Monday 8th Jan., God surprised me by doing it in His on way! He says, people say it takes up to 20 weeks right?, I will make yours 5 weeks! THANK YOU ALL.

Application details:
Submitted: November 29th, 2017
Biometrics: December 4th, 2017
Upfront Medical: November 20th, 2017
Medical passed: December 29th, 2017
Approved: January 3rd, 2018 (exactly 5 weeks after) followed by passport request
Passport submitted via UPS next day, Jan. 4th.
Passport with TRV returned January 15th, 2018.

Has anyone done the MCC evaluation through physiciansapply.ca recently how far? How long did it take, how long before it gets to your school? With the current NASU strike wondering if I should wait before sending my documents to them.

I got this from other threads. Seems accurate. Tried registering through physicians apply today, they asked for that fee.

Anyway, we do not evaluate our credentials through WES. its done through mcc Canada. Check out their site for info. www.mcc.ca
Thus far, i have gathered the following info as regards an MBBS ECA.
1)open an account on www.physiciansapply.ca a $278 non-refundable fee is charged.
2)request for a source verification (svr) of your qualification on the physicians apply site (this is done through ECFMG). It costs $157.
3)Send mcc a copy of your mbbs degree and a cover letter (downloaded from your physicians apply account) via courier.
4)2-3 working days after receiving no. 3, ECFMG sends a request for a source verification of your degree to your school via regular mail (with a copy of your degree, a form to be filled and a pre-addressed envelope). If the school does not respond within 60 days, they will send another request to the school. At this point you can opt for a courier delivery to your school. They will only repeat this step 4 up to a maximum of 3 times.
5)ECFMG responds to your school and processes your verification within 20 working days and then you can proceed to step 6.
6)Request for an ECA from mcc. this would cost $102 and would take 21 working days to process.
7)Pay a courier fee for delivery of your ECA to Nigeria (about $140).
Note that step 2 may take as long as 100 days or more seeing as most Nigerian schools claim not to receive this mail. To speed up your process, you wanna keep tabs on your school right after ecfmg requests for a source verification and ensure they check their mail and then you pay for a courier delivery back to ecfmg. Goodday everyone, please I'm wondering if its possible to apply for express entry during study in canada. Or is the rule to wait till you are done, and do the post graduation work permitbefore you get your stay. Torn between which to pursue.....study permit or EE. Please advise.

You can alsi trry express entry, there is a long thread for it. With your experience and all.

Hello dear, from what I have observed here is this. Your infant with US citizenship doesn't need a visa. Just mention that you will be going with her in your SOP, state the arrangement for child care and show enough funds.

Goodday all. I'm a newbie here, getting my documents together so I can shoot my shot, hopefully by April/May! Please i would like gurus in the house to put me through applying for visa with an infant with US passport. Do i apply alone, and just state in my Sop that she's a baby i need to go with her. Do i apply with her, since she's a US citizen and doesn't require a visa, will I submit her passport and do medicals for her.
