Yar'adua has provided an atmosphere where Nigerians believe in the law courts this is a plus for us. During OB J's regime everybody would have known the tribunal is a waste of time.

The fact that OBJ rigged elections in Yaradua's favor was just to cage the man and use it as a pun against him. The man said earlier said he not bothered if he is removed from office.

This is a man that is not ambitious (this in my humble opinion, is the quality of a good leader). Do you think Atiku would av made a better president. God bless Nigeria.

why not try wamp5 or php triad. It would make life easier cos it installs a combination of d 3 with phpmyadmin. Good luck!!!

A few months ago I started learning Php as a language. I discovered that the potentials are enormous but when I tried to install it I discovered its a different ball game. The configuration seem so complicated that I just left it for a while, but just last month a friend gave me a gift that I will cherish forever, its called php triad developed by phpgeek.com. It comes with a trio of php 4.1.1, Apache and mysql, this means I have been using my Pc as a php server, my life has not been the same since then because before usually I log on to my web host to test my php  scripts and mysql. You guys should check it out!!!!

I watched a documentary on Al-Jazeera (which is still running) on china and the way it is spreading it's tentacles. Nigeria being a consumer nation need to be wary of China who is flooding our markets with substandard goods. in the documentary I watched, an empty factory was shown and a Nigerian was explaining that it is one of the consequences of Chinese cheap imports. Job security is the best form of security, because out of the modern day robbers in Nigeria, some of them are graduates.

If you go to China town in Lagos they have smuggled in several hundreds of bails of textiles which has killed off our remaining textile factories. My friend told me that he doesn't buy flash drive any more rather he goes for memory cards because computer accessories and phones from China has destroyed public confidence and if care is not taken China will soon take over our economy.

The Foreign ministry need to look into the activities of some of these Chinese expatriates as being done in Argentina where some of their products have been banned. If this trend continues the Niger Delta will only be a child's play. Abeg nairalanders your opinions,

I think the orientation is all that matters. Every other country has it's own measure of curruption its just the standard of living that is a major factor.

In any case poverty is not an excuse for curruption. take an example Ghanians was had a battered economy to the extent that they were fleeing their country to Nigeria. That didnt increase the corrupt tendencies in them because the law of the land are followed to the latest. But in naija the reverse is the case.

That is why the wealth is not equally distributed in naija. But to say 99% I disagree b'cos there are a lot of hardworking Nigerians. When people talk about Nigeria, Lagos is the focal point!

After saying all these their are legitimate bussiness men and women and people of good conscience still here!!!

All hope is not lost!

Remeber some of the wealth u see in advanced country too are stolen wealth from Africa and some during the world wars.
