Simple, they would say "I solemnly swear that I will fully uphold the laws of this nation" But if they MUST swear on something, why not the Constitution of that country? That would mean a hell of a lot more to me then swearing on the Bible would.

See I com to Nairaland to while away time. If I am banned it's no big deal. When this ppl say all manner of evil against Christians where are the ppl that ban.
There are other sites to visit to read news and comment. Let who so ever will bann me go ahead bro. Let them check people that attack other ppls faiths because they call themselves atheists.
If people are being killed for Christian faith, is it banning on Nairaland I will be afraid of.
Atheists and their postings must be check here or people like me will reply them and the worst is banning.
