It seems there is a final panel interview in form of presentation as a couple of persons claim to have been invited again after the structured interview.

Interview with TEPNG was probably the last stage from description of their recruitment process, which is in four stages—prequalifying, Interview with GC, Interview with Total, and acceptance of offer.

GCC is basically for fresh graduate selection and Experienced Hire is screened by Total. To all experienced applicants, your application may not be selected by GCC but selected by Total. That is the case. Read the below which is a response from someone recruited few months ago:

"The hiring process is quite transparent. The first step usually involves an external consultant saddled with the responsibility of carrying out the selection process. At this stage, oral interviews and perhaps written tests (for entry level/fresh graduates) are conducted and successful applicants and pooled for subsequent interviews/screening. On successful completion of this process, the successful applicants are then sent to the company for further interviews. First, is the HR interview, followed by the departmental interview and finally an interview with the Head of the Division for which the applicant is being recruited. Successful applicants are asked to go for a comprehensive medical test prior to being given an offer for employment".

Meanwhile it is rumored that GCC compromised on the selection process by bringing on their people ..Ur only hope is Total's apology mail. If u got regret mail but no apology mail yet. MOVE ON!!!

did you receive regret mail from total and apology Mail from total HR?
is your total dashboard showing unsuccessful application or successful application?

The application received status was the status since I submitted my application.
