Patience is the key here.

I just confirmed that some operators will be resuming in October while others will assume duties in November depending on your notice period with your current employer.

Xidik, i got your email. Lets see if i can answer what i know here for others to learn.

I have no idea which of these route they follow. Personally I'd like to know myself but it will be hard to know unless many people offered "one role" talk about what they were personally offered.

It "may not" be possible to have a fixed package simply because all these roles are not entry level role. Many people are coming from many background with different packages. Having a fix package might hurt some while it immeasurably favours some. The only way this will look feasible is to check who is the highest paid, add something for the person and make that a fixed package for everyone(but this doesn't work that way cos every company wants to be profitable).

Imagine if I have 6yrs experience and another have 18yrs. Do you know he would not feel too cool to know he earns the same as me with less experience (human nature).

Fixed package thing can "easily" work abroad where they disclose the pay/hr even on the job advertisements. But then I am open to view from people who have received their compensation plan.

Thanks for your honest view. Its a matter of few more weeks, all doubts will be cleared. Until then let's all keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best.

To the best of my understanding, based on the nformation I got. If you have gotten compensation plan and you accept it, other mails requesting for documentations will be sent to you and welcoming you on board and you are expected to resume on the agreed date

I think they are sending compensation plans based on their business need. So to me there's nothing really to worry about.I haven't gotten mine either.
