My Brother this Thread is like Amusement Park, just visit anytime you are bored to read comic Posts and catch funs.

You do not need to engage the patriotic Ones in a lengthy Argument, even though their Patriotism is limited to Eagles only.

If Players they are claiming are World Class already, please what Class does Salah, Mane, Neymar, Mbappe and Co belong too?! Heaven Class?!

Sometimes it's better to agree with their Opinion (s) than engaging in a baseless, provoking Discourse.

Thou I am giving mikel and Ndidi world class ,my opinion sha ,it might be different from yours

The rest are average and below average players
grin

We should stop rating Lagos on the same Scale with New York or Dubai pls. They are not world class except we wanna fool ourselves here. How much is their market value?! What's their rates globally?!

Let's desist from taking Solace in Falsehood, even the mentioned Players know they ain't World Class.

You wanna talk World Class?! Mane, Salah, Aubameyang, Koulibaly are currently world class African Players. Kaita, Pepe, Mahrez and Co are simply above Average.

Ndidi has the potential to cross above the Lineup, if he doesn't let the hypes get to him and rather focus on his fulfilling Career.

BTW..... If I am Chuks, Osimhen, Onyekuru, Awoniyi and other upcoming Stars, I will never visit this Thread. Infact I will do everything technologically possible to block Nairaland from appearing on while google Searching for Information.

BREAKING NEWS

Manchester United Executive Vice Chairman Ed Woodward is pledging to use Manchester United’s financial muscle to help Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with his Summer rebuilding plans after a season he’s labelled as “turbulent”.

As United release their Third Quarter Results, Woodward has said the “underlying strength of our business will allow us to support the manager and his team as we look to the future.”

The statement also hints that the preparations for the new season are well underway and Woodward adds that “everyone at Manchester United is focussed upon building towards the success that this great club expects and our fans deserve.”

Manchester United’s Third Quarter Revenues were up 3.4% to £152.1m with a 94% rise in operating profits to £14.2m. The club’s debt has remained pretty static at £301.7m a rise of £0.4m over the year.

To be honest, none of our present Players is above Average, I mean none. Ndidi, Mikel, and Iwobi can be classed as Average Players. I rated Mikel coz he has paid his Dues. I rated Ndidi coz he's steadily on the Rise, in fact I want him at United next Season. I rated Iwobi coz he fought his way into the starting XI at a big Club like Arsenal.

The rest are upcoming Stars and below average Players.

Remember we exchanged a small trouble in Mikki for a bigger trouble in Sanchez. In the hurry to push out a player ensure you don’t invite a bigger a worse problem in.

So Koulibaly is not guaranteed yes success but Dybala who will cost more and will be player out of position is?

You want to sell Jones, Rojo, Smalling, Farmian but you don’t want Koulibaly to come in. You think Tuanzebe alone will replace all 4?
grin

Bailly still dey na. Williams can also be promoted to the first Team. Dybala is 25yrs old, he still has Age on his Side. If we get him, I expect OGS to switch the Formation to 4 - 4 - 2 with him playing as a SS.

If swap Deal involving Sanchez and Dybala is possible, then United shouldn't blink over it and do the needful sharply.

We don't need Koulibaly. We don't need to spend huge on a potential Failure, coz no one is certain Koulibaly gonna be a Hit at United. I rather give Tuanzebe Opportunity to prove himself at Preseason and perhaps make him a formidable Partner with Lindelof.

If Offers come for Jones and Smalling, Board should not ponder, rather accept any Amount the buying Club offers.... Even if it's £1 for both of them, with Rojo as a Gift. Darmian's Time is over at United. He should be allowed to go free of charge as well.

Mata?! No need to renew his Contract, he has tried enough for the Club, I'm definitely gonna miss his Weekly blogging. Matic?! Squad Player at least is not bad for him, same as Lingard.

Lukaku?! Sigh! I pray Juventus or Inter Milan come for him. £50m and he's sold!

You see, that has always been the root of all his agitations. He is always fighting for Equity and Justice based on certain lines.

You cannot fight for a 50-50 representation between a particular Region and the other. There should be no room for quota system in football. If all the national team players are from Zamzafara state and they merit it. It is ok.

When ever any List is Rolled out he has always had this way of agitating against the exclusion of One or certain group of players. Or he will agitate against the inclusion of one or certain Group of players.

One of my distant relative is a current member of the SE but there was a time he fell out of favor concerning invitations, but I never carried plackard all over the thread and labelling some of the coaches of bribery allegations.

Forgiveness comes to me as a good guy. But all my issues with him have always been his choice of Players to agitate for or Defend. And nothing else! There are people who see such attitudes and look away but I will not.

When someone repeatedly says something over and over again, it can appear as truth in the eyes of the gullible. So anytime I read such comments I will have to challenge it.
grin

Well, you have good Points. Forgiveness is known for his stubbornness on this Thread. He's not gonna bend, once he believes in a Cause.

But we need to be more tolerant and friendly on this Thread. What do Anyone stand to gain by bringing any Player down?!

Criticism ain't the same as cussing, and we criticize differently. He's kinda emotional whenever he smells injustice, thus dropping Allegations (some without facts, rather from personal point of view), but that don't mean he's a Bigot or hating on the alleged.

I enjoin Everyone to take it simple pls. There are two Monikers here that we are presently residing in the same foreign Country, but the Atmosphere here won't motivate either of us to find or contact each other.

We don't need it. We should stop it. Let's be more friendly. Let's be tolerant. Let's go back to the olden Days when my first Moniker was still active.

Salaam.

That game u are referring to was an All African game qualfier. Awoniyi and Osimhen were dropped mostly because of their age and stage of development then. You can not in any imagination use that game of 2005 to call for Awoniyi's inclusion into the SE in 2019.
Baba even went ahead to distort Facts, simply to discredit and ridicule Awoniyi. LMAO!

By Jude Opara [18/June/2015]
Abuja — National Under-23 coach, Samson Siasia has invited five members of the Flying Eagles squad to the FIFA Under-20 World Cup to fortify his team ahead of the 2016 Olympic Games qualifier their counterparts from Congo next month.

Top on the list is talented goal scorer, Taiwo Awoniyi who scored the two goals that gave Nigeria the 2-1 win over Zambia in Lusaka, captain of the Flying Eagles, Musa Mohammed, Saviour Godwin, defender Onyinye Ndidi who plays professional football in Belgium as well as midfielder, Musa Yahaya who just joined English side, Tottenham Hotspur.
Osimhen scored Hattrick for the U23 and becomes a National Hero, Awoniyi scored brace in Lusaka for the same U23 Team led by Siasia..... No it was scored in 2005 and for the All Africa Game U23 Team.

Okereke ke ?

Okereke is not better than awoniyi ,Never

Awoniyi deserves to go to afcon

My argument is that onuachu should not be dropped ,thou they will still Cut of 2 players which is not much ,maybe one forward and one defender

My argument is just onauchu ,beside that I didn't see anything wrong in what forgiveness is saying about awoniyi
I don't want him dropped either, coz he brings something special to the Squad and he's gonna be a dependable, reliable super sub and be more useful where power is required.

My Point is; Forgiveness made the Reference, to neutralize the flimsy Excuse gave to support the potential Inclusion of Iheanacho in the final List.

But as per Okereke; In his Words.... Awoniyi failed to deliver in ordinary U23 Qualifier. Elder indeed..... Lol!

I didn't jumped I followed i quoted him earlier and he knows

I told him earlier that awoniyi deserved to be on the list but Paul should not be dropped for him

I think you are the one who jump into conclusion and not me
Lol!

Kindly recheck again cos I've edited the Post before you quoted it to give you a Clue.

Then add it to the below?

Genesis ..... Considering Iheanacho everybody knows he won't make the final list even if he does he's playing in a league far advanced than Awoniyi's league.
Forgiveness: Based on your logic, Onuacha should be dropped since you believe any player who scores one goal in far advanced league deserves to be in the team ahead of any player who scores 100 goals in a lesser league.

As it stands, Awoniyi has scored 12 goals in a far advanced league while Onuacha scored 22 goals in a far lesser league. That is the point.
.

Also, don't forget to tell me who is more controversial between Forgiveness and those that believing he has failed already cos he could not bang Goals in the last U23 Qualifier, and Okereke is even better than him and deserves to be in the first XI at his Expense.

You think awoniyi deserves to be there ahead of Paul because he is in a better league and you don't think iheanacho deserved to be dropped maybe just because he is playing in the Epl

That's not a fact as you are being bias and not realistic

If you wanna say awoniyi deserves to be there not Paul to be dropped for him ,the earlier the better for you
..... Considering Iheanacho everybody knows he won't make the final list even if he does he's playing in a league far advanced than Awoniyi's league.
Did you follow the Argument or just jumped on him coz he's forgiveness?! Was he the one that brought the standard/rating of the League in the first Instance?!

Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Oasis007(m): 2:19am On May 15, 2019
Sometimes some Dudes beat your Imaginations and Expectations of them as regards to Fairness. How can Someone keep hammering that Awoniyi won't even make the U23 first XI for God's sake?!

First and foremost, it was he's playing in a lower League, forgiveness dropped an uncontestable Fact to checkmate it. Secondly it was the heroic Performance of Osimhen at the last U23 qualifying Match as if Awoniyi had not done the similar Feat in GwG.

Why shying away from the Question asked by Forgiveness?! How many Goals did he score before he was called over to the National Team?! Because Onuachu scored a Goal in his Debut Season, thus he's rated highly and better than Awoniyi now. I pray he doesn't turn to be another Ogbuke!

Though Forgiveness can be annoying at times, but he's right on Awoniyi's Exclusion From the List. He's in form, he's playing well for his Club, yet he's not even on the standby List. That's unfair!

Am I surprised that Iheanacho made the List? Capital No! Is he gonna be dropped? Capital No! Iheanacho is going to Egypt, same as Musa, Simon, Etebo, Ndidi, Mikel, Balogun, Ekong, Igbalo.

The Competition for the final List is between Onyekuru, Chuks, Osimhen, Onuachu and Kalu. Two of them are going to be dropped. They are talented, exceptional but they're not core Members of the Squad yet.

Besides why do we need 10 Attackers in the Squad at the Expense of Midfielders, especially attacking Midfielders?! Seem Rohr is thinking of of playing 4 - 2 - 4 Formation in Egypt? Two Strikers flanked by tricky, pacy Wingers who can as well operate as Wingbacks by covering up for the FBs if the need be.

End Note: In my Opinion, the List is fair enough. I have nothing against it, so is everyone on the List. And whoever makes the final Cut should count himself lucky and ready to die for the Color.
