Abusule007 quest wasn't too much...
how do you expect someone to sit glued to the TV to watch trash...
though they've been trying...but their final touches and attack is still very poor....

We expect more from them...because they're Nigerians...in a country of 170m people...we can offer more being that football is like a household sport in Nigeria
Being Oliver Twist won't make the Team better. JM won UCL with Inter not with a fanciful Football. The most important thing in football is 3 Points, how you get it matters not!

Are they getting the Job done...... Yes?! Are you entertained......that ain't matter! When was the last Arsenal won the EPL?! If you can't watch them live, I think you should be watching the Highlight on YouTube.

Abusule007:
All we are asking from them is good football. Is it too much to ask?
What about if you were served good football in the 3 Matches played but couldn't make it to the next Round?!

Would you expect the Super Eagles to serve you good football in Russia, or qualify from the Group with boring football?!
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Oasis007(m): 6:42pm On Jan 24, 2018
I think CHAN Eagles deserve some Credits for topping the Group without losing a Match. We are expecting too much from them. Some of us even expected them to fail.

They did their best so far, they didn't lose any Match, conceded just a Goal and scored 4 Goals in the Process; yet some us of see no Reason why we should applaud them?!

If we can't support the home-made Team, then how do we expect the League to grow?! The Lads are doing their Best. Let's support them, let's believe in them, so that we can honorably celebrate with them - if they eventually win the Tournament!

This your saint george of ogbogbo land post funny o cheesy

i don't insult o but see what i've observed

1. people like and share those insults and it encourages those insulting, not to talk about posts. some want to act cool, be a boss, like one mark in chelsea thread that without remorse fights with anybody, or starts insulting or degrading others or their opinion.

2. assume that they are real human beings, with real emotions or else i don't see how the real problem is insulting father and mother. the mother of my moniker is my email address cheesy.

3. it won't stop.
grin grin grin

So if someone insults your Mom, he's insulting your Email, what about your Dad?!

Eruditor:
Did I call his name? Did I mention him? Even when he came to throw shade I ignored him. So why will he phoolishly mention me and start hurling invectives as if he has the monopoly?

I did not insult your club, players or even manager so I don't even understand why he got in his feelings.

All these frustrated groupies sef.
See........ You can go to any Length to insult him, but you shouldn't have included his Parents.

Did he attack your Parents?! Though this is a Faceless Forum, but that doesn't mean we should be reckless! I respect my Parents a lot, and I won't take it lightly if anyone insults any of my Parents, however in your own case, you attacked both of his Parents.

Kindly retract it, apologize to him and move on!

....... but he didn't attack your Family?! His Family ain't part of the Discourse, then why bringing them in?! Will you be happy or proud if yours are also attacked?!

Sometimes we do cross the Line to get cheap Likes and Shares, to win e-battle that ain't gonna add value to one's Profile in real Life. Its really a pity you could stoop so low, and recklessly attack his Family.

"I think that being the first Chilean to play for United’s first team is something that means a lot to me. Like I always say, playing for Manchester United is like a dream come true, but it’s not something that I can measure or evaluate.

"I still think I’m playing back home in the street in my town with my mates. That’s why I love the game, and mostly I don’t pay too much attention to social media or look at stuff that’s out there. I just try to be happy playing my football. That’s what my mum always says, ‘enjoy your football because that’s what you really like doing best."

"I’m a player who likes to win everything. I’m very professional in everything I do. I live for football. I love football. It’s what I’m passionate about.

"I train hard every day and after a game I try to look at what went well and where I can improve. I really like to play down the left, through the middle… but to tell you the truth, as long as I’m playing football, I’ll fit in anywhere!"

"I’ve not had the chance to get to know them personally or spend time with any of my team-mates up to now, but of course I know them from having played against them in the past.

"I believe that David De Gea is one of the best goalkeepers in the world right now. He’s a player who I’ve always found it hard to score past, and so for me he is right up there with the best keepers in the world."

"I believe that having a family in the dressing room is very important when it comes to winning trophies. I played in Spain and we also had a very good dressing room and I won a lot of things.

"So I think that in my experience of being in dressing rooms, it’s so important to have a really good group. I also think that the club always needs to be strengthening and bringing players in, and in this instance that’s why I’m here, to work hard for the team, and to try and win everything with them."

"When they told me that Cristiano, Cantona, David Beckham had all worn it, just thinking about that number seven sets you off dreaming in your head with ideas about lifting the Champions League trophy and winning the Premier League title.

"He [Mourinho] indicated it is important for the club for me to be here. I also believe that the club itself cared about me joining, and I got the impression that they were keen for me to come here and wear the number seven shirt. I think that also gets through to the player.

"Players sometimes need to feel important and loved by the club. That was one of the things that attracted me to come here, along with the manager, who is a person who won everything in Italy, the same as he did in Spain, and he’s a manager who likes to win."

"Since I was a young lad I’ve always said that my dream was to play for Manchester United, and I’m not just saying that because I’m here now and today it’s come true.

"I always said as a kid that I’d like to play for United and I once spoke to Sir Alex Ferguson about it. We chatted for around 20 minutes. And I told him that my dream was to come here to Manchester United.

"It really is a massive club, very powerful, and so now, when I got the opportunity to come here, I looked at the badge and my hairs just stood up on end because it’s a powerful club and the biggest Club in England."
