Agreement is what made a Contract either verbal or written. However in the case of Perreira, it's already spelled out - until January he can't be recalled.

All the players you mentioned were starters for their teams in the league when they made their CL debuts. Same can't be said for Tuanzebe and McTomminay. Starting them is a gamble.

I know they are Starters, but McTominay and Tuanzebe are also Starters [for the U23 though]. They ain't match-rusty. They are talented, they've been tested and a bit exposed to elite Games.

Give them fùcking Chances to see what they are capable of Doing on the Pitch.

It depends on the Clause in the Contract, I think JM made it clear that; Perreira can only be recalled in January, even though the Lad denied his awareness of the Clause.

If they prove their selves in Training Sessions, and they have the Confidence of th Manager, then I see no Reason why they can't start a Match - at least we've watched them play and they ain't bad on the Pitch.
