Rooney officially retires from International Football.

It was great that Gareth Southgate called me this week to tell me he wanted me back in the England squad for the upcoming matches. I really appreciated that. However, having already thought long and hard, I told Gareth that I had now decided to retire for good from international football.

"It is a really tough decision and one I have discussed with my family, my manager at Everton and those closest to me. Playing for England has always been special to me. Every time I was selected as a player or captain was a real privilege and I thank everyone who helped me. But I believe now is the time to bow out.”

But I guess it's kinda not the right time for him to call the Shot. World Cup is next Year..... and I think he should have captained the Team to Russia and ends his International Football Career after the Tournament.

Champions League group stage draw 2017-18

Pot 1 contains the champions of the top eight European leagues. Pots 2-4 are then seeded based on UEFA coefficient.

Seeded: Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Benfica, Chelsea, Shakhtar Donetsk, Monaco, Spartak Moscow

Pot 2: Barcelona, Atletico, Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund, Sevilla, Man City, FC Porto, Man United

Pot 3: Napoli, Tottenham, FC Basel, Olympiakos, Anderlecht, Roma, Besiktas, Liverpool or Celtic

Shaw was doing this in the reserve match yesterday although later pushed to CB. Let's hope he becomes that for us this season. He's can play a WB role with his pace along the left wing.

Shaw is no doubt a standard LB who can also conveniently operate as a LWB. JM also made it clear he won't cry if the Club fail to get the Fourth Signing cos he gets Player(s) he can rely on.

I think he's keeping Young in the Team to possibly play as a Wing-Back just in case Shaw couldn't stay fit.

I think JM has cleared the Air on the potential Signing. He's looking for a Wing-Back, in my Opinion, a kinda Player like Valencia but a LWB.

Martial is safe in the Team, same as Rashford. I hope they both gonna seize the Opportunity to develop their Talents and fully realized their respective Potentials.

Season 7 is overrated. It's not thrilling nor intriguing like the previous Seasons. It's kinda so funny coz it's easy to predict the next Occurrence in the Show.

Everyone already knew Danny would fall in love with Snow. No one, maybe few, is surprised with the Death of one o the Dragons, coz its already expected.

I hope Episode 7 will give us a Reason to anticipate the coming of the Season finale.

If both M don't start I trust Mourinho to bring in Lingard. In a way I think Martial on the bench is not bad. We need a game changer and goal scorer on the bench to read games off pitch and influence game when on.

I agree with your Point on Martial playing as a Super Sub, but I still believe United need to sign a standard RW.

Having Martial on the Bench makes it easy for JM to maintain the rhythm of LW, which ain't the case in the RW.
