/6th place finish everyone wouldn't say please come and be going? No other top club would accept it so thats the point. Obviously a europa league win will improve things for the outlook of the season but it wouldn't change the fact that the bread and butter is the premier league and we have been terrible in the league this season. Please don't mention the rubbish unbeaten record. I've always liked Jose and he was my preference to replace SAF when he left but let's not hide from the reality of his performance so far. Football is a results business.

I think the recent outcry and call for Jose Mourinho's sack might be due to our defeat against Assnal of teams last Sunday. Most people just can't take the defeat and move on.

And who said he should be sack?? At the beginning of the season, he said it's all about the league. All of a sudden, we are doing catchup! He's tried for the club but saying he should be sacked was an exagiration from your part!

Sure, he still has a lot to do especially in rebuilding the team. Again, noone wants him to be sacked as youve mentioned above

I see it like this: It's like a student in a tertiary institution who's bragged about coming out with nothing but first class. His courses are the different leagues he's in... Now, because he failed in two out of possible four should such student be rusticated?? Of course not, but that shouldnt stop us from saying he's failed because of what he said at first!

blame fergie. he raised united to a standard that it would practically be impossible for another manager to come and maintain. no matter the rants here, I believe Jose is going to stay longer than his current contract. anybody comparing Jose's first year to lvg forgets that the pedigree of managers then and now r not the same. with the exception of mou, all other top team managers then were old school. main reason he was able to make the top 4 easily. now, top team managers have an array of a younger generation of coaches in their prime. believing that Jose will continually excel above all of them is just mere fantasy.

Na real notice me posting! I don't even bother with some of the senseless logic some of these our members spew forth this days! No....jose should have won the premier league, champions league (even without being in it), FA cup and the team should have scored 600 goals and conceded only 3 for it to have been a successful season! See some even saying he should be sacked? After 2 trophies and being one game away from the final in the europa with a bang average team?


I wonder where some of these chaps would have been if the same kind of chance the club is willing to give jose was not given to sir Alex who went trophy less in his first 4 seasons based on their unrealistic expectations! I wonder who they would have been supporting now!

As far as I am concerned, Mourihno's inability to challenge for the league title makes him a failure this season....just like Guardiola!

Saying all the players mourinho fielded today is unfit is out of context. D same unfit players didn't dy scrap a win against Chelsea?. Or should mourinho lend players from another club because you told us the whole team is unfit.
