No! I have been one of rooneys staunchest supporters back when he was great! But he has cost us a lot over the past 2 to 3 seasons! I 100% agree. Personally feel he has done enough to be sacked this summer but that won't happen. So looking at the realistic options this summer.

What we now see in DeGea is that he makes saves of close range shots that would be almost impossible for other keepers to save, but he fumbles on long shots and crosses some average keepers save week in week out.

That was how he was in 2011/2012 when he cost us the title in his first season. May be he is still maturing or his mind is no longer here.

I really don't know why guys find it hard to accept the truth, we all love DDG but when he messes up, it should be pointed out, what exactly stopped him from punching that ball?.... i think we should learn to push sentiments aside when judging stuff, i'm a core CR7 fan (i dislike Messi, damn that guy! ) but i know that CR7 is a fairly selfish player and it would affect them if not that he makes up for it with a goal later in the match...... DDG messed up and unfortunately hard to admit, he's not the best in the world.
