A001: Lols, this your question is very funny. Do you know how much Saudi makes a year from Muslim pilgrims from Africa alone? How do you think Saudi can fund all those big transfers in the football if not due to their booming tourism sector and their oil sector?
Africans have millions of generous 'givers' on the continent trooping to Saudi to contribute "owo omogo" (money paid by dumb people) and help the Arabs develop their economy, especially their tourism sector.
If Africa has intelligent people in high number like Asia and Europe, Africans can develop their cultures and traditions and package certain aspects of those cultures and be selling them to world.
Nature really blessed Africa with many attractive and mysterious sites that can help the tourism sectors of its countries to develop and thrive, but most Africans have demonized all these sites as places meant for pagans and idolaters due to the toxic influence of Islam and Christianity.
You've your own gold and diamond right in your environment there, right under the earth you walk on, but you can't refine, package and sell them to other peoples and use the funds realized to develop your country and continent.
It's almost like Africa is cursed with low intelligent people in high numbers.
The body of knowledge Oyinbo people used to develop Google is something right in our backyard here in Yorubaland: The Odu Ifa corpus.
The knowledge of computer programming isn't new to Earth. It's ancient knowledge known to our ancestors and forefathers I'm Africa and even other parts of the world.
All the programming computer scientists and engineers are doing today are actually elementary to those done by Olorun, Ifa, Orunmila, and many other gods of ancient Africa.
Those gods programmed animals, plants, microbes, and tons of others.
If you understand what it takes to program a human being, then you'd know programming machines (computers) is child's play compared with that.
The funny thing there are still lots of mysteries right in our environment there in our home towns, which is advanced knowledge of science and technology that our ancestors and forefathers in Africa knew but are hidden and lost knowledge to modern scientists.
I mentioned some yesterday, and one mumu said I typed a lengthy post on just sci-fi.
As usual, Oyinbo people with many intelligent people will come and learn these mysteries from Africa again, develop and package them and sell them back to Africans again.
And Africans will shell out thousands and millions of dollars to buy the scientific heritage of their own forefathers.
That time, the mumu African Muslims and Christians won't call it demonic and evil then because the technology will bear one "fancy" English name. It's all packaging and branding.
Ifa is taught in some schools overseas for reasons like this. The Oyinbo people are very wise. 17 paragraphs yàn yàn. I go need refreshment dey ground before I fit read am bruh. |

A001: One way or the other, all these big players going to Saudi will improve their economy and have a ripple effect on other key sectors.
But their slaves in Africa that call themselves Muslims can keep promoting Allah, the ancestor of the Arabs, which they worship ignorantly as God, and Muhammad, the Arabs' forefather, while demonizing their own ancestor and forefathers.
When you help the Arabs develop their country finish and they become a global power, which is their aim with Islam and for bringing big players to their country, you can travel to Saudi and tell them Olorun is the same as Allah.
I'm sure they'll welcome you into their country with open arms and allocate your own land to you, as an indigene, lols
Africans can't even become a citizen in Saudi Arabia, lols. Some people really mumu ....Ẹ̀gbọ́n, neither Emirati, Kuwaiti and other Arabs too. |

monerozi5590: No. There are no term limits for German Chancellor. This one is elected by German parliament. This one is the head of government. This one cannot sign law or declare war.
Germany has president. There's term limits for this one. This one is the head of states.
I don't even know what your position is at this point.
Are you for hanging on to power for a very long time in the guise of western democracy just like in Rwanda( changing constitution to suit his agenda) ?
Where do you belong.? ....where I stand is clear bro. If as a Leader your policies are helping the country grow and developing well, hang on to power until you achieve your targets. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by OasisX: 2:50pm On Aug 31, 2023 |
Ibime: This is parliamentary democracy. They don't elect Presidents/Prime Ministers. They only elect their local Members of Parliament and the party with the most seats then send their party leader to serve as Prime Minister/Chancellor. The Members of Parliament can also unseat the Prime Minister/Chancellor. So there are no term limits because the people do not elect a leader, they only elect their local member of parliament
Leaders in Parliamentary systems can last 20 years or 2 weeks. UK, Israel, Japan, Italy, Germany all practice various forms of parliamentary system, and they all have leaders that can last a long time (Thatcher) or few weeks (Liz Truzz). Same way Italy, Japan and Israel have long serving guys (Berlusconi, Shinzo Abe, Netanyahu) and guys that may last few weeks, while the German guys are usually long standing.
It's actually more democratic than Presidential system and my favourite form of democracy. ....I know bro. The point I am trying to make is; an individual spending years in power ain't peculiar to Africa alone.
In addition, I prefer parliamentarian system too. |

monerozi5590: Not the western type of democracy. All this country you mentioned. Lemme put it that way.
The western type of democracy has term limits at least.
As for Isreal, I am yet to read up about them.
What's happening in Rwanda is not the western type of democracy. .....Benjamin Netanyahu was first elected prime minister of Israel in 1996 and left the Office in 1999 following his defeat to Ehud Barak.
He returned again as prime minister in 2009 and lost the office to oppositions in 2021 after 5 terms [12yrs] in Office.
Guess what? He is back in power again from 2022 till God knows when. Democracy right?!
Angela Merkel was Germany Chancellor from 2005 to 2021..... how many years bro? Ain't they practicing Democracy in Germany?! |

monerozi5590: On paper they can call it any name but we all know what's happening there is not the kind of democracy we all know.
China and USA keeps sizing one another. USA will call Chinese leader a dictator, the Chinese will in turn say China is more democratic than USA.
China and N/ Korea are communist countries. They have their own electoral process and voting pattern.
My point is obey constitutional orders. Don't change just to hang on to power. ....in short, they are all practicing Democracy. By the way, is Israel practicing true democracy?! |

monerozi5590: Rwanda is peaceful/ security is top notch but I don't understand why someone would like to hold on to power for a very long time.
This guy keeps changing constitution to hold on to power. This guy has been in power since 2000 and he is even saying he will contest next year. This to me is not democracy.
There's nothing like vice president post in Rwanda.
The guy just remove khaki, na still military en be. ....if you ask Russia, China and even N. Korea, what type of government are they practicing - what would be their response?! |

[font=serif]Nation building is not a quick fix, it entails sacrifices! We cannot keep doing the same things and expect different outcomes. Nation building is a call to arms – a vital task – a necessity. At its core, nation-building is the intricate process of forging a cohesive, harmonious, and united society, out of diverse individuals, culture, and ideologies. It is the art of constructing a shared identity, purpose, and vision that transcends all individual interests. Our pursuit of nation building must be characterised by unwavering determination, empathy and a commitment to create a legacy of progress, unity and hope for generations to come. - Tony O.
