P.S: The head of JAMB IT isn’t Igbo. In fact most of the top roles in JAMB are headed by SWesterners.
Taking screenshots of zonal head of SE (JAMB has like 6 zones) as a scapegoat probably tells how low your IQ is. Anyone can take a look at the management breakdown of JAMB in this link:

i took the GRE in 200x [ i forget the year] and i saw my result instantly. they still mailed it to me afterwards, but the point still stands.

i guess the issue here is there needs to be much more quality assurance and testing going forward. there are definitely a lot of unresolved QA gaps that have been papered over over the years. this fk up did not come out of nowhere - it is cumulative issues that were not addressed.

i would prefer if oloyede survives this, because imho he has done a lot to turn jamb around, but clearly he needs to ensure that going forward, the system is READY for showtime.
