Morever, those of u that keep oiling the engine of insult on this thread should be careful, it will be foolish of me to reply u with insult. WATCH YOUR BACK! |
Metaphycist: Hmmmn......SUG.I see .....your Elites Youth Association initiative was more political. I pity your followers. Selfish ambition! I will reserve my comments for another day. |

The full details about the clearance will be made known before or on the 22nd of October. Just keep calm and wait. Those admitted in the 2nd batch should check jamb website for their admission letter. |
Pharttymarh: tanx! Dis is where i say bye 2 Uniben 2012/2013 admission thread.EYAH! |
benkings: @obago,u ah disturbin us wit dis antiEYA campaign o,if u av any questn 4 metaphycist u call his numba, atleast he as drop his numba smwhr in dis thread luk 4 it n cal im 1 on 1.OKAY |
@metaphycist,you didn't answer the questions i asked you before. Maybe you have forgotten, lets me remind you- (1) How many associations/organisations have you headed before? (2) if yes, what were your major challenges and how did u tackle them? Don't ever experiment with the life and career of your fellow students. I hope 'network' will not stop you from answering these questions this time around. |
You guys should create a thread for your so-called 'EYA' initiative. This is Uniben Thread. @Metaphycist, you were admitted to study POLITICAL SCIENCE,i know one day u might join a civil society group e.g save Nigeria group,J.A.F, NLC,etc or maybe establish ur own society. Don't try convince and confuse others to change from their initial dreams to join yours. As a political science student u will meet ur mates in school,u can share ur dreams with them bcus u guys av common goals. @Eghosa graviti, dancing and singing groups are quite different from associations. UNIBEN is a school of Learning and not a place for forming 'unapproved' association, there are so many restrictions and regulations in there. You can form and organise ur association outside d school, maybe it might work outside that is if u have d time and financial support to run d association. Concerning the financial aspect,u will get to know more when u get to school. |
Nemidav ( m ), kavey10 ( m ), ChamiB ( f ), success91 , Pharttymarh ( f ), Bertinho , jjstanley ( m ), Diamondwriter ( m ), dharniehl ( m ) and 5 guest(s). You people are only reading. Your comments are also needed plz. Maybe by the time you read that book u will get to know more about Uniben. |
Makzino: lol,,ur 2go I'd is an equivalent of ur fone number,,this was ur post,,if this isn't hypocrisy,,then what is??and don't let me term u a liar too,,cos u said it was only for ur law students,,but clearly this isn'tlolz. I love smart guys like you. I made that comment b4 i read a book titled 'STUDENT HANDBOOK OF INFORMATION' 2011/12 Edition by Uniben. Maybe i was writing out of ignorance at that particular time but do not forget that i said "I am in total support of this proposed association. Moreover,it is one thing to have a plan it is another thing to seeit come to pass and be successful. I have many reasonable questions to ask". That was what i said. Concerning my 2go id,those dat av been reading my comment are aware dat i usually drop my 2go id each time i make a comment. Metaphycist has been my friend on 2go long before his EYA initiative. If i was interested in it i would have told him. You can confirm from him urself. |
Makzino: bro why are u being a hypocrite,,,,just a while back,,u were the one promoting the idea and even left ur mumber and 2go I'd,,now I've been reading all ur post,,and ur the one even fighting it more than anyone else,,,now that's just wrong on all levels dude..I won't tolerate any rubbish from you. Don't ever call me an hypocrite, never in your life time. I was in support of the association but mind you i didn't drop my phone number. I am not a fool, only fools drop phone numbers anyhow on social networks. Don't You know your phone number can be hacked and be used for fraudulent activities and u will be held for d crime. Concerning my 2go username,i only put my 2go id for my fellow law students to add me up. Read and understand well b4 you comment 'bro'. |
Tgirl-temmy:It will be also be a disaster if you are rusticated from school for joining an association that is not recognised by the school. Uniben is doing everything possible to remove cultists and cultism from the school, don't be a victim bcus they might c you as a cultist. There are few associations and organisations inside Uniben. If associations were allowed to be formed anyhow, there would have been hundreds or maybe thousands of associations inside Uniben since its inception. I am not writing out of ignorance,i am only sharing what i read with you people. You can form EYA outside Uniben but not within the school,it won't and will never work inside the school premises. |
dharniehl: Why don't read more Broh!!! U neva read enuf in Uniben oooo... I am by the grace of God in the systm, Uniben is no place for jokes, probation is real, it happened to a nxt door neighbour jus recently after 1st sem and besides u still ve a read d student handbook of information for more enlghtenment... Those of u who knw why u choose Uniben had better backof this fin and face ur books, source for books to read rather than forming one group or the other, this is how the innocent gets misled, don't be a victim, be wise!!!He really need to read that book and many other books. You better get informed or you get deformed. Knowledge is power. |
Metaphycist: So bad I'v been havin ntwk problem,I wud hv given u all ur due answers.plz can you scroll up and read my comments. Make sure you also answer my questions. |
Chiemeka orizu: u sounded as if u were the boss here. Hey man watch it!I have nothing to watch. I was only sharing my opinion. I don't want to be d boss here. You can be d boss if u like,i don't care. |
I am not a dream killer neither am i against your Elites Youth Association. I love dreamers especially big dreamers. Have you read a book titled 'THINK BIG' by Dr. Ben CARSON? Lol,i love that book so much. This thread is titled 'Uniben Admission' and not Elites Youth Association thread. Metaphycist should create his own thread on nairaland or maybe create his own website. Nobody should discuss EYA here again. There are many issues about clearance and Uniben that need to be discussed rather than a mere dream. I know the vipers and abusers will not like this but i don't give a damn, that's what i feel and i can't hide my feelings. Godstime570 on 2go. |
I am in support of the Elites association because of its aims but my education and God 1st b4 any other thing. As they say "ignorance is a disease", it kills mostly the so-called "WISEMEN". I arrived Benin (Ekosodin) yesterday and i was opportuned to read a book by Uniben titled 'STUDENT HANDBOOK OF INFORMATION' 2011/12 edition. On page 34, I read about associations in Uniben and general regulation. Some regulations were (1) All student organisations must be registered through the student affairs division.... (2) No club, association or society is officially registered unless its members have been interviewed and thoroughly screened. These are just few of the regulations in the book, there are many strict procedures to follow b4 an association can be registered in Uniben. We are going to know more things about Uniben during clearance, some books will also be sold to us to enlighten us about Uniben and we will get to know the do's and don't. Don't do things that will ruin your career and life. Knowledge is power. I wonder where you are going to have time to form an association, won't u attend lectures and do ur assignments. I am not against your so-called EYA, It is gud to dream big but we should be careful about the dreams we have. As a fresher in the FACULTY OF LAW my aims are- (1) to attend lectures and do my assigments (2) visit the libraries (3) attend Church and get some rest when i am free, Other things will come after the aforementioned aims. Don't destroy the dreams of your fellow freshers by forming an association that you can hardly control. Will you people have the time, finances and support? Let me reserve my comment for another day but b4 i go i will like METAPHYCIST to answer this questions (1) How many associations have you headed before? (2) If yes, what did you achieved as the head of the association? That's all for now. My fellow law students should add me on 2go> GODSTIME570 and facebook>GODSTIME OBAGO OBASOGIE. We have a lot to discuss. |
