Romance / Why Do Men Like Sex by obaiyanu: 6:19pm On Jul 30, 2013 |
I am still pondering on why men like sex so much. They want to explore all of God's creation to satisfy their sexual desires. I'm really curious to know why. Recently Men have been clamoring to legalize guy rights (sex between a man and another man). The most recent saga now is to legalize trying it with children, . Please share your views on these questions I have been asking myself lately. 1.Are ladies not good in bed any more? 2. Is it a case of insatiable sexual appetite on the part of the male specie? 3. Are they no longer interested in the two protruding things in front and behind on ladies? ....................... and lots more questions this space cann't contain |

Romance / Building A Healthy Relationship by obaiyanu: 11:14pm On May 29, 2013 |
1 Be sexually considerate Be affectionate (sometimes a lingering kiss or a warm hug are just as important). Accept that individuals have different sex drives and to sustain a healthy and happy sex life requires negotiation. A reduction in a couple’s physical connection is often a warning sign of problems in a relationship. 2. Forgiveness Couples who can't make up will break up. As simple as this sounds, without forgiveness in a relationship, old hurts often resurface and neither person is truly able to let go of the past. 3. Communication Couples need to learn how to talk through both easy and challenging issues. Disagreements are a part of every relationship. To get through them, partners have to learn to respect their different ways of communicating and "walk in their partner's shoes." This means learning how to communicate love in a way that your partner hears and feels it. 4. Revive date-night. Going on dates, even if you've been in a relationship for years, is still important. In fact, it's especially important for couples who have been together long enough to grow comfortable. Try to go on a date at least once every month. Some couples make it a priority to go on one date every week. 5. Honesty Honesty is one of the most basic of all elements to any healthy relationship. A deep and loving honesty between two people says, "No matter what happens, you will always know the true me." This feeling allows couples to open up and be the best they can be with each other. |
NYSC / Re: Live Abroad And Want To Do NYSC by obaiyanu: 12:20am On Apr 24, 2013 |
I dont think there is any provisional posting outside naija. If you want to serve you can either bring your family to naija for a year and choose the state of your choice to serve. Another option is to do "arrangee", You'll make some payment and go on (AWOL) and there after you get your NYSC certificate thru DHL. |

Islam for Muslims / Re: Why Are We Allowed To Marry 4 Wives by obaiyanu: 5:25am On Apr 18, 2013 |
tbaba1234: Alright, thank you very much. In our present day if people want to make restitution as to comply with the limit of 4 wives, how would you suggest they go about it so that they don't hurt the feelings of the women concerned. Especially for new convert into Islam that already have 6 wives. Because some times these challenges face us in our every day life how to put these teachings into practice and still not bear guilt and burden of hurting women and probably the children they have had in such relationships over many years. I don't know how the women at that time handled it. Also are the wives given a say in the matter when the man decides to marry another wife. My mother's friend once fainted when she was told that the husband has decided to take in another wife and this new lady was already pregnant at that time. Altho they latter lived at peace and they were happy together as a family cos i guess she didn't have a choice than to get over it. Things went bad again some years down the line and everyone is now apart. No woman really would want to leave her husband's house cos of the limit when the man now embraces Islam and I also don't think any woman will willing want to share her husband with any other. What is the stake of women in all these issue of polygamy as per their feelings? May God help us all. |
Islam for Muslims / Re: Why Are We Allowed To Marry 4 Wives by obaiyanu: 4:19am On Apr 18, 2013 |
Thanks alot for all the contribution and maturity. But please may I ask a question on those with 10 or 6 wives that were asked to reduce it to 4. How was the reduction done. was it that the men had to choose who stays and who had to leave or was is that the last ones were the one to leave the marriage? tbaba1234: Mr man, it is not ambiguous, the very next ayah talks about giving the bride gift. |

Islam for Muslims / Re: Why Are We Allowed To Marry 4 Wives by obaiyanu: 10:05pm On Apr 17, 2013 |
Thanks alot for your response. It sheds more light. Its really amazing to know some women have started using this as gender discrimination, and saying they want to marry young boys so they can take care of them financially and quoting different verses in the holy book to justify their actions just the way men justify theirs. So I was confused and to satisfy my curiosity and really know reasons behind marrying more than one wife. NL member: |
Islam for Muslims / Re: Why Are We Allowed To Marry 4 Wives by obaiyanu: 10:03pm On Apr 17, 2013 |
tbaba1234: First of all, the injunction of multiple wives was sanctioned by Allah not the messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). Every muslim knows that so cease the act. Thanks alot for your response tbaba. I was just worried about this problem of having many wives because some of our grand parents had about 4 wives and this has led to alot of hatred between siblings and serious chaos in the family for generations. I think it is possible genuinely help widows and people suffering without having to take back anything like sexual intimacy or any kind of intimacy at all. Then secondly I think its almost impossible to treat different women equally, even parents find it hard doing it for their children. My biggest concern is when children of about 13 yrs and less are taken as 2nd or 3rd wives so as to help them financially or otherwise like the case of Former gov Yerima of Zamfara sometime back. I really think proper education and discretion need to be taken into consideration when taking some actions we intend to back up by religion. |

1. Have only one sex partner Having one sex partner is the only way to stay away from some micro organisms like HIV, Hepatitis....etc 2. Be faithful to your partner When you drink water from one tap then you would not have to compare different water from different sources and end up having diarrhea wey dey run belle 3. How many times you can have it You can have it as breakfast, lunch and dinner. snackings like petting, smouching can be in between these meals. 4. Talk and Learn more about how to satisfy each other 5. If you don't want your partner cheating on you then don't do it to them Lastly, sex outside marriage gets you burnt. Proverbs 6:27&28 Can a man take fire to his bosom and his clothes will not be burnt? can one walk on coals and his feet not be seared? 3 Likes |
Politics / Predicting The Next President by obaiyanu: 8:38am On Apr 14, 2013 |
I just don't understand how Nigerians can produce a good president in a rotten society. Civil servants are stealing money, Secretaries hiding file to get tipped, Students buying exam paper and marks, Market woman adjusting weighting measures and the list goes ON and ON..... People have the attitude of " as long as my company gives me official car and pay me well everyone employee can be slaves and be oppressed', and you don't speak out against unjust treatment to others and you are a manager God dey watch u in 3D. We can import evrything into nigeria but we cannt import leaders, they have to come from the the rotten society. If you bring the most "righteous" man to be president things stil won't change. SO BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN NIGERIA. GOD BLESS OUR GREAT NATION. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Will You Vote For BUHARI In The Forthcoming Election? by obaiyanu: 12:52am On Apr 08, 2013 |
I remember this guy said he would not contest again if he lost the last election. Sounds to me like he has no integrity if he runs again. Well as for me I don't think he deserves my vote cos i expect him by now to have young minds he has groomed to take up leadership positions like we have the late Sarakis, Tinubus and the likes that have support young minds they choose to take over affairs in their various stage. I wish Nigerians will wake up and stop recycling all these old people that contributed to where we are now. |
