omo what i thought was a joke became evident just yesterday that it’s far from what i am thinking. I work in a federal firm (name withheld ). I am a level 10 officer and i have a boss who is the assistant manager and specifically the boss in the department of my duties.

For a while now and while performing my official duties on my table, he usually comes over from his office, stands at my back, in a formation that overshadows my sitting position in the name of giving instructions to me and stylishly touching me in the process. I didn’t count it as anything serious until when he started telling me that he likes me specially (though jokingly).

Before now, he has invited me to his house for a number of times and which i declined.

Just yesterday, he came out clear and sent me some messages which represented his interest in me.

It’s becoming irritating and i am not finding it funny anymore. I am thinking of sending a note of warning to him not to ever come near me again and send such message to me.

Pls guys how best can i handle this situation ?

I am giving out 100k. 10k for 10 people. Would give out randomly and would only give to people who are critically in need of it. You need gime a good reason why you need it.

Whenever I try to clear my throat hard from inside, I would smell a foul odour at the back end of my throat. Is this normal?

For a moment , I was even imagining what kind of landlord accepts 500k yearly payment for a 10m deal? That's absurd, mehn.

You either source for loan, pay his money ones or twice(as he said), or you move your school elsewhere and collect your 500k back.

Me sef can't agree on that your nonsense talk of paying 500k yearly. That money can never be useful to him.

I really need your advice on this...

I lease a land I'm currently using for a basic school. The landlord approached me last year that he will be selling off the land because he urgently need some money....

We actually agreed on 10million naira for the piece. (a 2 plot of land) Our initial agreement was that I will be paying him anually till all payments is made then he will hand over the land document to me. Out of which I gave him 500k as first part.

Towards the end of last month he called me he wont want to collect the money again in part payment that he needed the money in full or in two part payment within 2 year (5m per year) I've sourced around and offered to pay him 1m for now but he rejected.

Guy I really am in a big mess what do I do? My life savings is on this place....

Please Help, I don't know what to do.

I am a graduate of office technology and management ( HND ) and now thinking of going into nursing.

My the Grace Of God I am looking at migrating to canada or UK 2023, but then I need to do something that will enable me get job there, like getting job from home country Nigeria, like nurses do with the help of agencies.

I started looking into nursing profession. I enrolled in a tutorial and started taking science subjects. I'll be writing the upcoming waec.

I choose nursing because I felt it's easy to find job over there. But it will take me years to study, plus I gave no science background. and I have to go leave in the school during this period. I'm in my 30's married with kids

What course can I take up on that will be easy for me to get job abroad with my HND certificate?

This gives me sleepness night and makes me think alot. It's really affecting my mental health.
