General Haladu Hannaniya (retired) the then Corp Marshal and Chief Executive of FRSC wore the FRSC uniform all through his almost 10 years as corp marshal and ordinary Colonel will not wear the rank of Comptroller General of Customs who is equivalent to a Lt. General in the Army.

Osita Chidoka was a civilian appointed as corp marshal of FRSC and he wore the uniform all through. Some people's foolishness is just legendary.
