Not true! The visa lottery hasn't ended!! The Bill still has to pass through the Senate. Just because the House of Reps passed it doesn't mean the Senate will automatically pass the Bill too. After it has passed out of Congress, it is sent along to the President. If the President signs the bill, it becomes law.
The President might not signthe bill, however. If he specifically rejects the bill, called a veto, the bill returnsto Congress. There it is voted on again, and if both houses of Congress pass the bill again, but this time by a two-thirds majority, then the bill becomes law without the President's signature. This is called"overriding a veto," and is difficult to do because of the two-thirds majority requirement.
So here is a game of waiting and seeing what happens...

djeezy: Nice thread. I think body signals will convey the message but in rare cases, the girl tells the guy. Last week i boarded a public bus and i sat next to a pretty girl. I got my shades on and right from the time i entered the bus, the girl has been staring at me, most times she would lean on my body amongst other things.
