I hate when some people that does not know what is happening in niger delta will come up here and talk rubbish, instead of you to go to all these places that oil were coming from and see what those communities look like you will pity those guys from those areas.
They are suppose to have the best environment as far as life is concern but the are living in abject poverty. Please lets be reasonable sometimes when we discuss issues like this even our so call leaders dont even know where the oil is coming from and what is happening there the only thing they know is just oil, oil.
The beneficiary of this program should be encourage to finish the program and find a living or what will become of them when they come back.

Sorry for late reply. The pen is big enough for 100 snails. I currently have 110 "big" snails in my pen, a white snail bucket so this one will house them and space will still remain.

As for stocking, where are you in PHC? Maybe we can meet and talk further about that.

Dont be discouraged on investing in transport biz but be determined. the only thing that owns transport biz is proper maintenance.
I am in phc too and in the biz for four years now, I dont do hire purchase but daily pay, but you have to be comitted to good maintenance of your cars I have some cars at are up to 2 yrs old but except they told you you will not know
People that see transport as bad are those hat are gready hat will no want to spend money on maintenance, so there is no way you can make anything out of the business.
Its up to you but I will tell you the business is good.

Go and buy a car and do taxi Business Its a very good one depending on your location.
If you can drive it you are the don, if you can not you can hire a driver to be paying you daily,
If you can not manage it we can manage it for you and you will have money every week.

All, transport Biz is a good biz and very profitable indeed but it depends on how you handle it.
People go into transport biz without any prior knowledge of what exist in the biz.
Imagine someone thta bought a car and does not even know what a crburettor or alternator is in a car, such person can not do such a biz and those are the ones complaining and giving negative reports on this forum.
Yes there are bad drivers and there are good ones but it still depend on you the owner.
Some owner are very greedy that they will not want to spend money on fixing their car but they will always want to get returns, its not possible.
An owner will tell a driver to manage a fault on a car and this will result on some other greater faults that will now be bringing greater expenses, thats how trouble will start.
The biz is not for everybody but for people that are determine to invest money on it.
I am into the biz for close to 4 yrs and we are moving higher its a nice one go for it with a determined mind and you will see what comes from it

depending on your location, think about transport biz, its a good one you will start earning money immediately you get the car on the raod.

I witnessed such conversion my mechanic did here in portharcourt sometimes last year, infact it was superb but he used the 1999 camry engine complete with gear and ECU with some small construction and up till today the owner is using the car.
The owner works in bayelsa and lives in portharcourt and the car has been doing very fine
So I am a living withness of what Hilltop is saying.
I dont have the picture of that stuff if not I would have posted it here for you guys to see.

The transport biz is profiting depending on how you do it. If you get a very good grade nissan or golf car and register it then you are sure of a steady income of 60k for at least 6 months before you can think of any maintenance like changing of the shaft, and tires. So in one year you will make back your capital with good returns on your investment. If you are doing hire purchase you just buy the car, and do the necessary agreement and sit down while money goes to your account. So the biz is very okay.

I dont do hire purchase because of the bad attitude of those drivers.
I did it once but it didnt work out.
if you can make yourself available for the business this is the way I run my own and I know others can benefit from this too.

I register the cars paint them in state colour, buy every necessary thing that need to be put on the car for smooth running.
I have only one good mechanic for all my cars, no driver repairs my car with any other mechaninc except on permission,
I used brand new tyres for all the cars and replace any faulty parts immediately I don manage any part on my car and I dont postpone repairs.
Driver therefore does not have anything that he can use to complain.
they do account every three days i.e wednesday and thursday. my account is 3k daily after like 1.5 or 2yrs i will sell the car for like 250k or 200k
I manage five nissan sunny now and its been wonderful

The biz is very good cos am into it for sometime now but get this that you can not manage the biz from outside the environment that its been run
dont even think you have someone that can monitor it for you it will not work out.
If you are doing hire purchase its also easier but you need to be around to be able to monitor how they return your cash if not they will finish your car, make their money and dump it for you.

But all in all the biz is very interesting.
