Upon working on my farm this morning I noticed two of my snails making love. Below is the picture of the event, so romantic isn't it.

Anyway the other picture shows one of my snail burrowed the soil and cooling of after a hard night work.

I was able to get the feed yesterday, but I've not mixed them together. Will do that today and show you guys how it looked like.

Before I forget, you can also feed them with chicken feed. I did that two nights ago, and they licked the whole thing.

I think the best option is to dig a trench of 1 or 2 feet then use mosquito net and Cover both the side up to 5 feet high from ground level. Also the mosquito nets will cover the top.

I think its a good idea, because it will help prevent ant infestation in your pen

After diligently following the thread I started my farm two weeks ago with the tyre type. I like the snail farm. Now I have my pen for my snsnails made localy by me. Its nice following ththe thread.

I think u should start small and grow big.
If your small scale snail farming is successful then u can go into large scale. By then u aalready know what you're diving into

Maize
Groundnut
Soy bean
Fish meal
Wheat
PKC
Oyster shell
Bone meal
Vitamins & minerals

Am still expecting the hatching of my snail eggs which is close to 30 now.

Have been sighting cockroaches in my pen lately, but usually kill them before they have time to nest in the pen. Wish I could have a way to permanently keep them away from there.

Anyway, will update you guys as soon as any new development comes.
