My own is why is the girl guiding him through the documents covering her face with those enormous shades?? You're willing to take on the controversial dude as an ambassador but you're too ashamed to show your face?? That was the very first thing that struck me. Even on top the wide shades she was still tilting her head down. Lmao |
Tobanks:Oga, I have good news and not so good news for you. 1. The Not so good news: You wouldn't be asked to open accounts anytime soon as far as you're entry level not front line. 2. The coming months will be sufficient for you to gradually network and get commitments for your account opening stage. If you work on the people you have and buid more contacts within the period, you won't have a challenge when it's time to open the account. My candid advice is to focus on the Tmi because people still get rejected after that although that won't be your portion. Give it your best. You see how the panel people made you relax and feel comfortable?? They person you'll meet for tmi won't smile with you or give you time to relax. That 5-8 mins is the most important part of the entire interview process. Good luck! |
March batch Ts graduation is Friday people. So September people hope you're getting ready. Expect to submit documents by next week. It's on people. |
grossintel:Its is sad because the older generation hated one another silently and were crafty about it. We're brazen with our hate and we're supposed to be more enlightened. Even people who wanted to change things have been stifled out of opportunities or office. The only resort then becomes selfishness. The idea is this, the more life becomes easier for the general populace, the less demand for lobbyists and corrupt enrichment of the elite. They stand to gain more by this country going to shit than getting better. You've tried for your children. There's no hope for this country, I may need to follow through like you and do the same. |
Lordnagato:I'll be honest with you. 1. You're still up for the job. Since you weren't rejected till now. That one is non contestable 2. You won't do training this year. They've batched you in a later pool. So you can get a gig that'll keep you busy till next year. If by then you still want to go through with it they'll mail you eventually. |
okokobioko1:You have a very strong point Oga. They should've studies their market well and known the risk. The better play would have been to effectively lobby and buy over key players in government and regulation before their media campaign. Then they'd have been in a better position to contend with the big boys. They should ask themselves why Mtn wasn't able to stop glo. |
grossintel:I wanted to say this thing long ago but I felt it not good enough. This country is gone to the wind. Nobody cares about development or bettering our economy our the general well being of all. Sentiments and tribalism is in EVERYTHING. Part of the problem they have is that an Igbo man owns Tstv. Who cares It can be an Ijaw or Nupe man for all I care. We're forgetting how many jobs will be created, what about the supply chain to follow, people that will benefit, families generating more income. Ethnicity and tribalsim, not corruption has finished this country. |
JuanDeDios:Oga, I know the case. There's culpability for the confusion between using Niger and Nigeria in the same line of business. So following through was there any confusion about the both of them being Chemists?? It was the wrongest case to bring up. Both Dstv and Tstv are "Satellite TV" providers, so what's the confusion there There's no trust issue whatsoever from the naming no matter how you want to come at it. Let's do small simple deductive reasoning from your cited case. Niger Chemists vs Nigeria Chemists What was the problem, the was establish that the concurrent use of Niger and Nigeria in the same line of business could cause considerable confusion as to who the plaintiff is. Now Digital Satellite TV(Dstv) vs. Telecom Satellite TV (Tstv) Oga, am even going to stop here because further justification is a waste of my time. If you're a lawyer then be sure there's a case before encouraging people to "sue". Unless you're one of those that encourage people to take on baseless law suits to line your pockets. |
It's like the police is finding it difficult to understand the meaning of overhaul. Psychiatric test to what end It's just a means of throwing up a smoke screen to make a higher authority believe that you're doing something you actually absolutely have no intention of doing. |
JuanDeDios:All you people that watch too much suits and law and order. That's a law suit that will eventually become a waste of money. What exactly are they supposed to sue for?? What does Dstv stand for?? Do they have monopoly over the "satellite TV" name?? Is it a registered trade mark?? Haven't you heard of Fstv?? What of banks, do you know how many banks have ....... Bank of Nigeria... Shouldn't CBN sue all of them ![]() You see how one can sound intelligent and still have no point ![]() |
LuciferKristi:This is uncalled for.. Its low. |
Forbme one thing is sure. She's talking like this because she probably has family, friends and other relations living on Lagos. She even probably grew up here and I also believe she's amplifying the situation. Can she tell us where she slept the other days she wasn't in the library or on the train? The word is basic amenities, you can't tell me living abroad is more difficult than in Nigeria. That's a bold faced fallacy. Everything is subjective, I am not one to judge but I believe she didn't do enough with her opportunities. Bend down and get your hands dirty. How much is q gallon or milk? Or a loaf of bread there?? Shey when she slept on a train she was safe?? She should just loiter at oshodi under bridge for 30 mins in the night. Everywhere has challenges but there's no basis for that comparison at all. |
Padraic:Na preference. Most random official vehicles come in manual but for personal use you can choose auto or manual. The only reason you wouldn't get a 2019 kia Rio by that time is if it hasn't been released. They give the latest model of that Rio as at the time you finish TS |
Edondo2018:Nigerians, quick to play the victim card. I didn't say you as in people that applied for front line nor entry level. I meant you as in applicant, no matter what you applied for including me. It is the hard truth but we're not priority to the bank. So if you have that notion begin now to change it. They'll contact us when they have our time. Till then... You and I are still not priority |
Edondo2018:Entry level |
Edondo2018:You've been waiting since July 5th and you're complaining. You will learn to tarry. We that didn't hear anything for months nko From march to July....Nothing.... You need to understand that you're not their top priority, so many other factors can stall the process.. |

[ Weflo however advised that the best way forward is for banks, government and corporate bodies to support the industry. "We are in an era where music videos reach 100million views on Youtube, I dream of an industry where a brand for instance can take up the bill of an artiste's musical video shoot in exchange for a feature of their product or service in the video. [b]Banks should also beable to give loans to artistes and government needs to fund entertainment same way they fund sports", he advised. http://www.newseveryhour.com/2018/08/as-upcoming-artiste-you-either-have.html?m=1[/quote]When you open your own bank, then by all means be handing out credit facilities to musicians. If you still have a bank at the end of the financial year, come and collect another 25b for capital. |
BeingFrank:The most sensible comment here. Something is fishy. She's been silent more or less for months now.. She even looks like someone who'd rather not be there. Make I still dey look. Many Nigerians are myopic. Can't see what is really going on. |
Padraic:I support this ascertion. Ts should start first week of September. I believe the initial plan was to finish processing us(overflow from dec/jan applications) before filling up with June applicants. However, probably they had a rethink and decided to lump the two together for TS processing. Am almost certain some of them that applied in June that had finished Tm will get mails for final assessment soon. So give them 7 working days for their final assessment and another 10 days for preemployment documents. That should be when they'll now advise on the new date for submission. Na to relax enjoy the next 15 days minimum. By last week of this month we'll submit the forms dey wait for induction and commencement. |
Edondo2018:Lol. Oga.. I understand you but camdan. Although I believe there's no specific requirement based on subject grades and what not. You must have five credits, whether maths and English must join am not sure. And you're right, na Waec them dey find. And original one |
teejayahmed:You're quite right. I was almost running mad gaun. It shouldn't be latter than first week of September |
Nsonyechukwi:Yes. It has. Thank God. The deadline wanted to choke person. |

From the beginning of this "report" it was obvious it is fake. The style of writing and reporting shows a clear bias from the instant. They think when they attach UK to the origin of the report it'll give it credibility. That's how stupid and illiterate they think we Nigerians are. Even if the center exists, because they're supposedly in the UK doesn't make them right or superior. That's even what I find distasteful about this nonsense "report" |
koboko69:Oga na lie... No dey lie like this. E no good. NO WHERE is demarketing condoned. No where. I challenge you to post one American ad where a competitor was directly mentioned in an ad. It's always subtle shading that's normal everywhere. |
Takeit2017:Sounds like Access bank to me.. Lol |
