Officials of the United States of America Consulate General office in Victoria Island, Lagos have nabbed a man,Chukwukere Chinonye, 26 who claimed to be a Neurologist with the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, with fake documents to obtain a visa.

A Police source said that following the incident, the embassy officials notified the Commissioner of Police, CP in charge of the Police Special Fraud Unit, PSFU, Ikoyi, Ibrahim Lamorde of the development who immediately deployed a team led by ASP Lawal Audu to the embassy to arrest the suspect.

Other suspects arrested for allegedly conniving with Chinonye to procure the fake documents at Oluwole market, Lagos Island were Gabriel Ogbonna, 34 and Osinubi Aderinmola, 34.

The police source said that trouble started for Chinonye when he went to the United States Consulate General office, Victoria Island to summit documents comprising Fidelity Bank statement of accounts with No 6015400941 and LASUTH reference letter dated 13 November, 2017 to obtain United States Non Immigrant Visa knowing fully well that the documents were fake.

Nemesis, however, caught up with him when the officials, after perusing through the documents discovered that it was fake and his claims that he was a Neurologist was also fake and they invited the Police to arrest him.

During investigation, Chinoye allegedly confessed to the crime and named the other two suspects who allegedly helped him to procure the fake documents for N400,000 at Oluwole Market on Lagos Island.

He led the police to arrest the suspects who also allegedly confessed to the forgery and uttering of the documents.

The three suspects were arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrate Court on a four-count charge of felony to wit,forgery, uttering and impersonation.

Police Counsel, Wewe Adegbayi informed the court in charge No G/3/2018 that the accused persons connived to forge traveling documents and presented same to the USA Embassy to secure a non immigrant visa and were arrested.

Adegbayi said that the offences committed were punishable under sections 409, 363(1), 464(1) and 378(1) of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2011.

The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the alleged crime and Magistrate, W.B Balogun admitted them to bail In the sum of N500,000 each with two sureties each in like sum.

Balogun adjourned the case till 21 February, 2018 for mention and ordered that the defendants be kept at Ikoyi Prison, till they perfect theit bail conditions.

2. Any other approved US govt Agency in USA?

Anyone who have an idea of anything like this should please tell me. I am aware that they don't ask for Invitation letter from applicants, however in this case my host to be wants to send a copy to them

Fill out your DS 160 Form with all necessary information. Pay at Bank and going for the interview. Your invitation letter might not be checked. Read part 2 of this thread for better understanding.

Kanu killed Hmmmmmm....

Two things came to mind after the Army attack and Subsequent disappearance of Kanu.

1. Buhari and Nigeria Govt fell for Kanu's trap, which is:
Kanu and IPOB;
Cause trouble and promote disorder in Nig so that;

a)The govt can come after Kanu and IPOB
b) Kanu runs for his life
c) His kings men, Lawyer and family members demands for his way about from the Nigerian govt since they attacked his home.
d) His sureties will be released by the Nigerian govt afterwards because according to his family members, the Army is responsible for his disappearance and must produce him.
e) After a long silence from Kanu, the British govt will ask for their citizen
f) Nig govt fails to produce him, leads to misunderstanding between the two countries

2. Nig Govt and Kanu had an agreement when Kanu was in detention(Kanu agrees to drop IPOB idea).

The result
Kanu;
Cause trouble and promote disorder in Nig so that;

a) Govt will come for you and Invade your home
b) Kanu will escape
c) Nig govt claims it doesn't know his ware about, declares IPOB Terrorist org, but settles Kanu and family with undisclosed sum
d) Kanu informs the British govt not to look for him that he is safe
e) Kanu leaves Nig aided by his supposed enemy ( Nig Government)
f) Kanu's family joins him where ever he movedid to, and enjoys his wealth, living life of luxury
g) After some time, truth will be revealed as to what happened to Kanu and IPOB
h) Another org for Biafra freedom will emerge and declares Kanu a traitor

Or what will happen when you have to share your provisions with her, even when you do not have? Even if you are on part time, now isn't the time to bother about woman. Wait till you graduate.

What if she gets pregnant while you are still a student? Obviously abortion will be the next option because you both aren't ready to face parenting....But you both will be guilty of murder...spilling blood.
