ammyluv2002: Every lady want to get married and settle down . Ladies see marriage as a place of rest, a place where you don't get to worry about your house rent. They see marriage as the right thing to do especially when she's of age.
Guys, on the other hand are scared of commitment. They feel caged and some run away from spending. I'm sure if not because of parents most guys won't get married, they would prefer having kids from different women in that way they feel free and not caged. a lady point of view. |

Politics › Re: IG Of Police Says ‘thugs’ Tried To Enter NASS, Insists Tambuwal Is Not Speaker by obbasiasa(m): 11:02am On Nov 27, 2014 |
Nctrice: so I should wait for a court to explain to me what is in that shit of book we call a constitution! Guy am not in that league! Let Tambuwal come out and tell us why he should still even be called a house of rep member, because he left his party while there were no faction in pdp and pdp did not merge with any party! Go get yourself a Nigerian Constitution and read! The most annoying part of this whole defection of the speaker is that I don't think those who wrote the constitution considered a speaker defecting because if they did, they won't have to say that the speaker or the presiding officer is the only one to announce a seat vacant in the case of defection of members when parties are still intact I like your comment, which means for u to call for Mr Speaker who was elected by the people of nigeria to resign, then you must use the same voice to call Mr mimiko former ondo governor. My take is that that useless IGP should be sacked nd charged for treason. Except the government want mass protect by concern good people of nigeria |

nannymcphee: I thought you were referring to the op because you didn't quite anyone
On the issue of the provision of consumable material, might I ask whose responsibility it is to provide those items within the Nigerian system, is it the government or the hospital management or insurance? Which please because I don't know, though I'll guess hospital management since funds are released by the government for its upkeep
I have replied ur PM by the way okay, its the duty of the patient, to pay for services rendered, just like any other establishment, this this is what is done in most federal hospitals, which means the patient has to pay a huge sum of deposit, but the state hospital, now see that deposit as hardship to patients, and that lot of money will be unaccountable for,and also the problem of refunds after discharge of patient. They then come up with this idea that these items should be provided by the patient, mind you, its not compulsory that any of these things must be bought in the hospital pharmacy. The money government provide to the pharmacy is called A REVOLVING DRUG FUND, in which its for making sure that the patient has the option to buy good drugs at affordable cost For developed countries they use health insurance agency In all, patients always pay for all services, it all depends on how you see them pay The different techniques has its advantage n disadvantage |

nannymcphee: Excuse me!!! Becos they have to protect themselves, so it's the patients duty to provide it for them!!
Did you even read the post?
the last paragraph of your quote is actually meant for you & not the op lady, I think its the proper thing to read from the beginning of a trend when you enter newly. So if u hv done that, you will know that my comment which you refer to is not for the op, rather for a bloc brain that needs help to understand... But a question for you, who do you want to provide consumable materials to treat a patient? In the developed countries which you mayb want to copy, its not the government that does that, its the health insurance agency, so if u hv a suggestion, pls say it. Remember that you should be realistic n logical |

cassie29: And yeah gloves aren't 8300...its 1000 ..We know it's the duty of the govt to provide bleach and gloves but most times before you can get these items you have to go through a process so they account for items they are paying for meanwhile patients are coming in with emergencies ...so would you rather wait or just get the items so your brother can be treated quickly? pls try to know how the hospital works, even in the developed country like the USA, those things are not provided by the government, they are from health insurance, of which the Patients pays to regularly, for a patients to be admitted into the ward means that, the Patients, must provide the ward materials, these material can b purchased from any place, not necessarily from the hospital, provided its not fake. because if the ward is not kept clean, these people complaining now will not agree to stay there, and even the nurses n doctor can never treat a Patient without observing the universal precaution techniques, of which they need the hand glove and facemask |

Superstar007: Bullsh!t. Absolutely devoid of sense. How is it the duty of the patient to buy equipments that is supposed to be provided for by the hospital? Seriously, your brain has been fried. Doctors have a lot of commitment, Yes! Same applies to other professions.. If they knew that they wouldn't be up to the task then why did they take up the profession? I can see u are n idiot, any way I don't blame you, cos I tot I was in chat with some educated adults... |

Firstly, you got the identity of the person you referring to as a student doctor wrong, the person should be a student nurse, a doctor does not write those items for Patients to buy, its the job of the nurses Secondly, do you expect hospital workers to work without protecting themselves? In this era of ebola n hiv/AIDS, Thirdly, doctors have a lot of commitment, u see them at 9am does not mean they are not working, have u ever asked urself if doctors ever rest? Cos if u should go through all the patients file at that hospital n see the times doctors see patients, you won't pray that you do the job of a doctor Lastly, I will advice you to understand things b4 you start writing, or seek for better information. |
