Pls I need help on this..... Couldn't get an earlier date to fly down to Nigeria for d screening, I got a ticket for on d 4th of May. I'm from Bayelsa State, my fear is if d screening is been done in an alphabetical order, Bayelsa will come first that is d screening for Bayelsa will b on d 1st. My question is can I go to my venue on d 5th and explain things to dem, will dey allow me undergo d screening on a later date after missing mine

from the schedule of event for previous zonal screening, the state where the center is located is done the second to the last day and the last day before the aptitude test will be for all persons that were not screened for various reasons

i.e
if you are from edo state and your screening center is benin then you will likely be screened 2 to 3 days before the day for aptitude test
Another thing is that some people are complaining of distance to their center, but I laugh at them Becos they choose the center by them self, it was not NAF that give it to them
i.e some one who stays in lagos choose Enugu, and his is now complaining when there is center in lagos
( I understand that some persons who may have relocated within two weeks of the end of application)

From the latest info on the NAF portal, does it mean that every person that applied should attend the screening? And will the screening be every day? (1st to 9th may)

it's impossible to think that the occupants are not aware of the content of the coffin
The reason is that people don't stay in the same vehicle with coffins
Except they are taking the coffin somewhere
Coffins are not carried in commercial vehicle and the same time they put in other passengers
Even the driver must be aware of where the coffin was taken from and it's content except he was hijacked

I am not from the north, but I stay in the north, I think most of the northerners I have met are good people
I will rather say that this case should be seen as isolated case, and the northerners should recognize when there own is wrong and allow justice to be done
The girl-child should be returned to her parents immediately
And the man (who is adult legally because he is claiming 18) should be handed over to the bayelsa state police for full investigation
Also the IG of the Nigerian police should investigate the policemen involved for allowing the kid to remain in abduction for seven months
And the government of Bayelsa should not forget to take her for pschologic check up

Firstly, I didn't say the puppies are pure breeds, they are hybrid from a pure breed female boerboel and a pure breed male Italian mastiff (neopolitan)
Secondly, the cross was not a mistake, it was deliberate, and the people that has bought new the blood line of the pups
Thirdly, if you lack knowledge on any thing swallow your pride and ask constructive questions, and don't open your mouth to clear all doubts

The Catholic Church has washed its hands off the ongoing controversy over the strong criticism of President Goodluck Jonathan by Rev Father Ejike Mbaka of Adoration Ministries in Enugu, accusing him of double-speaking.

The church said it did not authorise Mbaka to speak on its behalf, insisting that it is wrong for Mbaka to endorse the president and later warn the electorate not to vote for him during the February 14 presidential poll.

The church added that it did not have an official position on whose candidate the Catholic faithful should vote for, saying that as the largest Christian group, it is illogical for it to direct members to vote for certain candidates as the voters have the prerogative to exercise their inalienable rights in such a situation.

A catholic faithful, Mr Callistus Ebue, disclosed this during an interview with LEADERSHIP last night in Enugu.

He said, “The Catholic Church did not authorise Rev Father Mbaka to speak on its behalf. There is no way the church, with millions of its members, make a pronouncement on who to vote for during the February 14 presidential election. The church does not have an official position in this regard. The decision to vote for any candidate is the prerogative right of the church faithful just like any other Nigerian.”

While some of the Catholics in Enugu argue that Mbaka might have been led by the Holy Spirit in his pronouncement over Jonathan’s re-election bid, others said that the cleric ought not to have dabbled into the murky waters of politics.

According to a Catholic knight, Sir Abuchi Anueghiagu, Mbaka was initially inspired by the Holy Spirit to endorse the re-election of Jonathan, saying, however, that whatever Mbaka pronounced during his homily at the Adoration Ministries ground on December 31, 2014, was also a function of the leading of the Holy Spirit.

According to him, as an ordained priest in charge of a parish, Christ the King Parish, and the spiritual director of Adoration Ministries, nobody is qualified to challenge any sermon he delivers from the altar.

But another knight of the Catholic Church who spoke to LEADERSHIP on condition of anonymity condemned Mbaka of speaking from both sides of his mouth.

He said that having previously blessed Jonathan on his re-election bid, he ought not to have made a volte-face. He advised priests to be cautions of their pronouncements from the altar, as whatever they say has a way of affecting their followers either negatively or positively.

The Catholic bishop of Enugu Diocese, Rev Dr Calistus Onaga, could not be reached at the time of filing this report last night.
