Few Questions bro. How old are you? You just completed a master's n plan to take another? Do u intend becoming a lecturer in the end or you just want to acquire additional degrees? Please answer these questions.

Well, judging from your write up one can tell you're a smart and intelligent one. Commendable. However I feel you didn't do justice as to why you do intend leaving the place. It rather suggests like you've had your fill and just want a bigger challenge and pay. My opinion is you're on the right track. Keep job hunting whole still putting in your best. You never know, they might be planning a promotion and better pay rise with greater responsibilities if that's what you want. Hope this helped.
