hmm..nice idea..but it will arise suspicion
Like they won't know you are making moves to move up to another company already. 80% of Nigerian workers are constantly on the lookout for new jobs especially if you don't get paid well or don't work in a multinational or govt parastetal. Believe me they know. You will give yourself up by dressing a little better on the particular day you want to take that 2 or 3 hours off work.

We all see but no one really talks except when it becomes too frequent and affects your job.

Just tell them with reasonable time of notice you won't be around on that day for personal issues. Shikena.

Technology MarketHere's 6 BIG REASONS To Go Solar by Obeenah(op): 5:24pm On Jun 24, 2015
More and more people are seeing the future. We get enquiries from people all across the country on a daily basis wanting to go solar and it's great to see that it's finally sinking in how much of a life changing experience it is!
Here's 6 BIG REASONS to Go Solar

1. It's a solid investment saving you an incredible amount of money EVERY month. N12,000,000 over 25 years! You could buy an amazing home for that amount rather than sinking it into your generator

2. Solar Energy cost is FIXED versus the fluctuating price of petrol and diesel

3. You can use your solar energy all day! There’s a big myth that solar power only works when there is sun. In fact, all the energy you generate is stored in your batteries and can be used during the evening when the sun has set

4. It's good for your health and your family. Generator fumes and noise are toxic to your wellbeing and prevent you from truly enjoying your natural surroundings

5. Solar Systems are durable and low maintenance and theres very little chance of interruption to service

6. Be ahead of the curve! - By going solar you're a step ahead and leading the way for your family and friends to benefit from the technology

Call us on: 08035125915 to get your free energy assessment and find out how you can save huge by going solar.

Technology MarketSave Money Using Solar Energy Detailed Breakdown by Obeenah(op): 3:46pm On Jun 20, 2015
Save Money using Solar Energy

How much do you spend each year on generator fuel?

We're surprised that so few people calculate their overall spend! Our analysis is that if you're using an average of 15 litres generator fuel each day you're spending just over N400,000 per year.

By going solar you'll have paid for your 25 year system after 2 years and can enjoy 23 years free electricity saving N12,000,000!

And thats a LOT of money. What would you buy with 12 million Naira?

Call us on 08035125915 to get your FREE home energy assessment and information on buying your system using our easy finance package.

damzy88:
Hello everyone, I am a fresh graduate and got my first Job 3 months after Nysc. I am 23 years and I am thinking of going back to school for my Masters. Your opinions please?
Bro sincerely. I'd say stay on the job and do your masters. If you are going for a full time masters of 18months please make that 2yrs of studies give or take.

The primary thing here should be if your current job has opportunity for advancement and if the pay or prospect of a pay rise is good. If so stay on the job.

If your parents can bankroll your studies seeing that you are young you can still go for it. But I tell you doing it part time is best

Technology Market24hrs Electricity Now Possible For Lekki Residents? by Obeenah(op): 3:34pm On Jun 02, 2015
Thanks for clicking to read my post. I'd save your time and go strait to the point.

1.1: Statement of Problem

It's no news that 24hrs Uninterrupted Electricity still remains a myth here in Nigeria, well at least for those yet to see the need to change their conventional source of energy source or supply. However for the few who have made that big and bold step to source for alternatives, they have found options such as Inverters helpful.

Theses Inverters even though helpful as there are are not in themselves entirely cost saving. Here's why; they still need PHCN or Generators to charge the batteries. Hence a solar energy system.

2.0: Solution
Currently individuals and even estates have caught on to this need to generate their power using Solar Energy. We are in talks with particular estates within the lekki environs to provide a solar alternative to their energy woes with pleasing results so far.

If you would like to enquire about our solar energy system for your residence or to Power your Estate. Do call us on : 08035125915 or visit : www.solynta.com.ng

Technology MarketSay No To Fuel Scarcity. Power Your Home/biz With Affordable Solar Energy by Obeenah(op): 9:17am On May 25, 2015
QUICK QUESTION.
Do you feel you need an alternative because you're spending too much on your current cost of power and yet not getting what you want? If yes.

Would you be interested in obtaining a system that would reduce that cost by as much as 75% guaranteed and give you 24hrs Uninterrupted Electricity If yes. Then please read on.

A SOLAR SYSTEM.
Besides the prevailing Fuel scarcity and the Global push for clean renewable energy options, adopting the solar system as an alternative comes with the added advantage of reduced cost and huge savings.

HOW?
A solar system uses the sun energy trapped in its Polar Voltaic (PV) panels and converts to electricity which powers any electrical appliance.

How DO I SAVE MONEY AND ENJOY 24hrs Uninterrupted Electricity USING THIS SYSTEM?

1. As observed the system unlike your regular generator uses sunlight as its energy source. Sunlight as you know is free and abundant unlike fuel which us scarce currently and selling @ ridiculous prices. So it's zero running cost from day one.

2. The system only maintenance cost is the replacement of batteries which is required to be replaced every 5 years.

3. The system lasts for 25 years. Now imagine if u only spend 200 naira daily on your generator. 200 daily equals N6000 mostly and N72,000 yearly. Now imagine adding maintainance cost for generator and oil. We could assume then that even the least user of a generator in Nigeria spends about N100,000 yearly bearing in mind that even at this cost 24hrs Electricity is still a myth.

Where I Come In?

Solynta Energy is a company out to salvage this sorry situation by providing affordable quality solar systems to every home and business in Nigeria. We have worked out the market dynamics and have come up with a system for everyone regardless of income or status.

Talk to us today on: 08035125915 to request your free assessment or visit: www.solynta.com.ng to view our full list of installations across the country.

Bro you're so right. But I looked so hard but couldn't find. Unless I go out of town a bit where I'll spend the more on transportation.
Enugu is damn expensive. And majorly no water.
That's the bad part of getting a house in Nigeria. You hardly find one with the necessary basic amenities thus increasing the overall cost in the end. Those with the amenities come @ a cut throat price. It is well bro.

From my experience and what I learnt studying a course in Mortgage Finance. You should never rent a home/Apartment above 20% of your annual income. Anything above that would put u under wat is termed housing stress.

These are the two banks I am familiar with. In sure you can get the information from the website of other banks. But the highest you can get is 9% interest rate from anybank. FCMB does that. For a minimum of 90 days deposits of no less than 250k use this site to calculate: http://www.suncorpbank.com.au/investing/term-deposits/calculator
