Youncan make anything minimum 60k monthly at least. Thst is with the laziest effort.

I tend to work on getting a minimum number of orders daily.

10 deliveries a day on the average will get you 200k in profit monthly. After expenses.

You have important things to consider asides purchase but in the process of it since you have a CAC, purchase your bike at oyingbo if you are in Lagos,which is about 400k with carrier. Registration is key part of the business if you don't wanna waste your time and keep your customers waiting,make sure you register the bike with the complete local government papers and stickers which your rider would have the original always cus council go disturb you madly if one thing is missing which I have a reliable plug on that. Get a rider and ensure you get a phone for your rider, should in case he leaves, your customers can still reach out on that line. Logistics booming business model is key to it's success... So I got two Job offers within one month, with a big and smaller organization but both salaries are the same.

I accepted both but started with the bigger organization, and in less than two weeks am almost breaking down from stress. The workloads and deadlines are unbearable though you will grow career wise.

Now the offer for the smaller organization is still open and am tempted to resign from this one because of the workload and take up the less stressful job.

My advise if it's worth anything.

You got two jobs but considered going fir the Bigger firm due to the added advantage of a better career path and exposure.

The stress you currently feel is normal. You are stepping into a role with bigger challenges and better prospect. That doesnt come easy.

Do a self assessment of your strengths.

Can you improve over time and learn fast. If yes stay on the job. With time even the most tasking jobs become easy for anyone dedicated.

There might be need to learn some basic skills and processes that help make finishing tasks early.

My advise on that is to do the hard tasks early in the morning and prepare your report as you proceed.

For Tbills. You buy them usually from the secondary market through your bank. Unlike the mutual fund which is flexible. The Tbill is not.

It however comes with the advantage of paying you your interest immediately.

EG: say you have 100k to invest in Tbills. @10% p.a. if you invest for 1 year. You will get paid 10k immediately and at the end of 1 year you will get your 100k back.

With mutual funds. You will earn slightly higher but would have to wait till maturity or pull out your funds anytime you please.

You can save via depositing in multiples of N5000 into the account. Currently interest rates are about 11% or 12% pa on mutual funds compared to 4% for normal savings account.

If you have idle cash in your account please move it into this or try other better yielding options. You can make something off the interest earned.

From my experience studying Mortgage finance.

A 20% allocation of annual earnings for housing is advised hence N1.2M per annum = N240k allocated for housing.

However using the case of Nigeria. If you got water and other basic amenities in the house for that 300k it is ok.

Just don't go beyond this.

Also I would suggest you open a mutual fund account and make monthly payments equivalent to your house rent.

Within 12 months you will have your rent + small interest earned.
