Roland17: Nigerian elections have always been "the battle of the best rigger". Every party is involved in rigging, na who rig pass na him get mouth.
Buhari is a religion in the north, followership is not hinged on money, rather strong religious beliefs rooted in core cultural values. At this time, I don't think there is any politician in the entire country popular enough to defeat Buhari in a national election. Discrediting his performance, government or persona to sell votes will only work in the south and not the north especially the core north who have the numbers.
I will tell you this, the results of this election have empowered Buhari to become the most powerful power block that is bigger than Obasanjo and Tinubu after 2023. Tinubu could not salvage the PDP onslaught in the South, including his South West but Buhari dominated the core North for the 2nd time, this time against a fellow Fulani. If Buhari chooses to become a godfather after his tenure which is not in his nature, Tinubu and others would have to give up the machinery of the party if they want to remain in the winning party. After his tenure is over and ensuring APC succeeds him, I see Buhari going back to Daura to continue his modest life and away from the bright lights of politics.
If he chooses otherwise? then others should just pack their bags or they would be relegated to the doldrums of the party. Spot on. But I believe he will chose to live his modest life. Even without popular party structure, he always came 2nd. Buhari is a movement in the north |

Politics › Re: Peter Obi Rejects Presidential Results In Anambra by Obere4u: 7:40pm On Feb 26, 2019 |
globemoney: Vice presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Mr Peter Obi, on Tuesday, said the results declared by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from Anambra state was unacceptable to the party.
He accused the electoral umpire of disenfranchising over 8 million registered voters in the South East Geo-political Zone in the last general election.
Addressing newsmen in his Onitsha residence, Obi further lamented that the election was systematically planned to ensure the zone did not participate fully in the exercise.
He argued that only 20% were able to cast their votes out of 10 million registered voters in the area.
He said, “You will recall that on the election day I said that the process was clumsy and we also had major problem of card readers and most people could not vote.
“When over 400,000 Card Readers got burnt it became clear that something was wrong somewhere and INEC could not save the situation and they will not allow people to vote manually.
“But in some other parts of the country people are allowed to vote manually and it was accepted by the electoral body. Now how can you tell me that a state like Yobe and Bornu produced the number of voters that is higher than Anambra and Ebony states put together?
“The two states are areas that have been at war and I wonder how they got Card Readers that are working so well despite the war situation that they found themselves?
Obi regretted the retrogressive disposition the country was tilting to, noting that instead of the country building on achievements of the 2015 general election the country was on a reverse
He added, “The impressive turn out of voters was discouraged by the performance of the electoral body last Saturday.
Obi further decried the harassment and attack members of his party had suffered in the hands of security agencies targeted at intimidating them.
He however hinted that it was not in his powers to announce any demand for the cancellation of the election, saying, “It is left for the party to make its position clear on the matter.”
http://thenationonlineng.net/peter-obi-rejects-presidential-results-in-anambra Obi should tell us the turnout of voters in these dates in 2015 election despite being ravaged by insurgency. |

But if buhari rigged himself in, Nigeria should not forget that 'next level of every game is always harder'
Fake results everywhere But if you don't go to the next level in any game, you can't be champion. So next level takes you closer to your goal |

Even though this post is about invalid post, my opinions to which u respond was concerning accredited voters in each region not on valid votes. I said y does buhari strong regions av little problem with accredition machine where atiku strongshold were having such problems Okay. Well this is Nigeria. Out rig your opponent in the most smartest way |
Politics › Re: Our Democracy Is Under Threat - Secondus by Obere4u: 7:49pm On Feb 25, 2019 |
doctokwus: I personally would not accept any result that announces Buhari the winner.
A situation where the vote of a stark illiterate up north, some not even from Nigeria,is counted equal to that of other enlightened people in other parts of Nigeria,is not acceptable.
Also a situation where agents of the state clearly and openly prevented people in known PDP strongholds from either voting or having their results counted can not be accepted. Buhari maybe the president of majority illiterates, almajiris and people who have never been out of their huts, but he cannot be accepted to be the president of the average, true Nigerian,as clearly shown by the classical Abuja result, which is what the real, authentic voting populace is saying. I stand with PDP and their statement in it's entirety. You are just pathetic for making such comment. |

lahizak: Do u listen to the news at all? Let me educate you on the issues going on. It has been stated dat only the vote of those accredited by card readers will be valid. So far so gud, d card reader successfully accredite millions in buhari strongest units but it hardly accredite more dan half a million in the south east and sout west. You get where im heading or u need more education? And when the card reader validates your vote according to you, what will happen when one applied the finger prints on multiple choices or close the column of a political party to another? Will the vote be valid or not? |
