I just rounded up my youth service last month and I'm actively job hunting in Abuja. The first interview I had in a hotel offered me a job as a waitress for 40k per month. My boyfriend advised me to take the job since they offer accommodation and feeding once a day. He felt I could start from there why I look out for better offers instead of staying at home but I have some issues.

Towards the end of my service year I had some issues in the corpers lodge and I was evicted. I ended up staying with a guy who was an admirer because I didn't have elsewhere to go. My boyfriend has been uncomfortable but he couldn't do anything since he lives in another state and provide alternative accommodation.

I've been rejecting the guys sexual advances for the few months I've been living with him, he's been professing love and introducing me as his girlfriend to his friends. He's extremely over protective and jealous even though we are not dating. I've caught him slipping Spanish gold fly into my drink on two occasions and then he would attempt to gave sex with me which I've resisted.

My boyfriend sees this as an opportunity to get away from the house, buy the guy discouraged me from taking the job because he feels the salary is too poor for a graduate and market women make more. He even offered to give me 20k every month till he gets a better job for me.

Now my guy is angry that I turned down the offer and has been reacting badly, he thinks his opinion doesn't matter to me. Even my mom told me to reject the job.

What do you guys think? Did I make a mistake rejecting the job?

I hardly comment on nairaland but posterity or God may not forgive me if I don't say anything.

Please kindly leave that guy's house you are currently staying with the speed of light. He has an uterior motive towards you for even lacing your drink twice. Run for your life before he damages you.

Don't take the hotel job. I have worked in a hotel before and I can categorically tell you that hotel work is not good for a lady especially in our country.
Go back home please and job hunt from there. You can apply for jobs directly online nau this days.

I migrated my admission and fees paid into the 2023/2024 session from 2023/2024 session to the 2024/2025 session but the problem now is that the balance I am to pay (fees was increased for the 2024/2025 session) for the 2024/2025 session is not correct. This is because when I minus what I paid initially from what students are meant to paid for this session. What I am to pay is lesser than the on my portal.

I really need assistance as to how this error can be corrected.

IT IS VERY VERY WRONG TO ONLY SET IT TO ONLY ALLOW VERIFY USERS OF X TO BE ABLE TO SEND DM. You are in this business to be able to use every available medium to address customers' complaints, so keeping the settings as stated in the capitalized above is not quite right. OBJ'S BELLS UNIVERSITY INCREASES SCHOOL FEES BY N500,000.

Bells University, Ota is currently rated 93rd in the Nigeria University Commission rating of higher Institutions. Uniport, RSU, Covenant University are all rated higher than her. Covenant University is a global institution with transparent admission processes. CU is rated number 1 in Nigeria University. It has won global awards. Their school fee is now N1.5M. Bells University that is situated directly opposite CU charges N1.3M. Chief Obasanjo has been very critical of the present administration of Tinubu. OBJ has berated Tinubu's policies of fuel subsidy removal without providing palliatives that has caused hardship on the citizen. However, his school has unjustly increased school fee twice in one year. In 2021, the fees was N650,00. It was increased to N860,000 in the first semester of the 2023 session. Just recently again, the school management with approval from OBJ have increased the school fees to N1.3M. This is a case of kettle calling pot black. OBJ is quick to condemn other administrations after him but acknowledges his administration as the best. It is obvious many students would apply for transcript and transfer to other schools in the coming days as the news session resumes on 15th October. Majority of the sponsors in the school are civil/private servants who have not received a salary increase in this butting harsh economy even many business owners are not left out. Rather than ameliorate the suffering of the masses, OBJ and Tinubu have lost their conscience to the devil. They have become profit grabbers at the expense of the customers. We call on OBJ and the management of BELLS UNIVERSITY to allow reason prevail and revert to status quo (is N860,000) else they would resume to an empty school. They should allow we parents breathe.

Where are their staff now staying if they converted their quarters to student hotels?.

You don't need to worry about it. Because that mail the sent should have come way before now before anyone was shortlisted. I believe it's a general mail sent to everyone that applied for the job.

I got a feedback from SHL as well when I finished the assessment.

Usually the feedback video will play after you finish the assessment.

They will send it to your email when you make a request for it to be sent to you after you finish the assessment.

Please how can one make the request so that it can be sent to one's email.

It's like you refreshed the test page in the course of taking it. I think that was what caused it because i think the was an instruction that says this will happen if you do so.

Try logging out and log back in.

I tried taking the test today, while doing the practice test it showed 'site is on maintenance'

And it hasn't been back since, anyone with same issue.

Try using another browser (Google Chrome as was recommended by them) to take the test. From your screenshot, you used opera mini (which was not recommended) and the maintenance date there is December (December which year?).

I am considering factors like traffic delay and all that.

Be there on time to avoid had I known, different situations/scenerios applies for different centers.

Go to fsbn.com.ng and login using the email address and password you used for the registration. You should be shown the preview summary page of your application which has your application number therein

the venue is contain in your slip... but the link to print the slip is not going. may be network issues.

Everyone should visit www.education.gov.ng and at the top right hand click on the tap there and you will see check CBT center. Enter the last 6 digits of your application number and you will be shown your center for you to print.
