Soludo is poor does not mean that he's doing nothing at all.

He is just doing below the expectations of everyone. Why is this difficult for you to understand?
Coming from Willie Obiano, anything Soludo did on road will be celebrated.
It's very simple to understand.

Lies, go and watch yangalife tv, it will be dualize from flyover down to modebe street and then into main market

The road is very wide and I think they are proposing a flyover along that main market road, let’s see how it will come out

It's a single lane just as the guy said it. Unless they are going to use concrete pavement to demarcate the road after construction.
When next I pass Ochanja, I will snap the prototype of the project. From Ochanja Roundabout to Main Market is a single lane. I will have to see what they are going to do from Ochanja to IzuChukwu Park.
God keep us all alive.

From down upper Iweka end-Ochanja-Moore street to Main market
Work has started at the Moore Street end, passed Modebe, heading to Ochanja Roundabout, and it's a single tiny lane road, you are free to go and verify.
The gutters are supposed to be expanded, but they are using the old gutter, trust me it's not good, and there will be flooding in that road.
Maybe Down Flyover to Ochanja may he dual, but Ochanja to More Street is a single lane.

Soludo is really trying his best to bring decency to Anambra.
I know some people cannot see through his plans yet because most of his projects are still ongoing. But by the time all the roads he is working on, dualizing and expanding in Onitsha, Awka, Nnewi and Ekwulobia are completed, Anambra will wear a powerful decent look.

My prayer is that Soludo should stay the course and supervise the contractors closely to ensure they deliver high-quality standard projects. Then he would have carved his name in the gold with his achievements. I don't want to praise him yet and will keep my fingers crossed until I see the outcome of all his efforts. Perhaps by his 2nd anniversary in office, he should be able to report concrete and tangible achievements.

The first person that shared the picture on Facebook said he took the pics 3years ago
Wat else are yu arguing?
Even Awka road is still very neat
Anything to make you sleep well at night. As at 3yrs ago, only 2 of those buses were plying Upper Iweka to Awka. As usual, anything to make you sleep well at night. The bus didn't add one single unit to the one launched in 2014 abi 15, not a single unit.
As for Áwka Road being neat, I don't understand what you mean by being neat, but if you can, get me the pictures of Rain Oil to Jideofor, then front of Osuma, front of Ojedi.

You are wrong dear... It wasn't 7years ago. The new black dominated Anambra Keke color said it all.
That Tata bus didn't ply Áwka Road during Willie's second term. Do the Math.

He has a very good point about ensuring cities have roads. But besides roads he has to make sure that you get rid of the nuisance factor of all the touts and riff raffs trooping into Anambra state. All touts should be identified, arrested, chained and forced to clean the gutters or evacuate waste as punishment. The next is to sign agreement with all markets to operate with standards with specific penalties for non-compliance. All market shops should have waste receptacles, all markets should evacuate their waste according to a time table. All markets should clean out the gutters around them once a week. They should have parking, all loading and unloading with trailers should happen according to a time table and not interfere with traffic. All markets should not allow hawkers or barrows to encroach on the right of way. These enforcements is what Lagos did and Fashola kept shutting down markets until markets complied.

The same should go for transport which needs to be overhauled in cities. Buses operating within cities must be licensed to operate and carry signage showing the specific routes they ply and not go where they feel like. They must be minimum of 14 seaters. Inter-city buses must operate out of bus parks and specific bus stops. Keke's should be outlawed from major roads where they cause unnecessary congestion and lawlessness. All buses must carry insurance and be inspected yearly for roadworthiness. All bus drivers should be licensed to drive and go for annual vision and health checkup.
You submission is an intelligent one. Onitsha has the highest number of touts in the SE, and they operate even on Sit At Home days. I've seen over 20 now, between Tarzan and Nitel. Owerri Road is a no go area. The buses with signage will reduce the number of one chance operators in Onitsha, especially Upper Iweka to Toll Gate, DMGS to Savoy.
Seems we are not ready yet.

It's good as Gov. Chukwuma Soludo has shown keen interest in the dredging of the River Niger port at Onitsha.

Anambra need it because it's long overdue
One year on, same story like say we dey campaign, what has changed exactly?
We will, We shall, We have to, We hope to, all on papers. Single slim fit lanes like we dey 1970, no funds to do standard dual carriageway, but na rail line and dredging of Niger is what he will do.

Anambra has the best roads in igboland both dual carriageways and otherwise. As for sand on road sides, it is mostly seen in Owerri and Aba. Anambra international airport is the best in SE with the longest runway in the region. Anambra is generally the most developed state in igboland
This is 2023, not 1999.

What will it take soludo to dualize 33 Nkwelle road to express way by nkwelle junction.. Construct fly over at nkwelle junction and also at junction to Anambra state airport..

Anambra state Governor need to task commissioner for environment to work..why do we always have sand on our road side even in our major city road's.. That's disgrace and nonsense... Buy vehicle that sweep road..employ people to sweep out sand on our major city road's... How can we give this info to Mr Governor because it seems they lack vision.. But they do visit other States and overseas.. Rubbish
Soludo is just one year in office, not an excuse though. Why didn't Willie Obiano, From that side, knowing how economically viable the road is, push for it?
Tony Nwoye, Stella Oduah, Chinedu Obidigwe are all there, why didn't they push for it?
Soludo has mentioned the importance of Anambra/Lokoja highway, let's see how it goes.

I came across this news and was hoping it starts in Ernest, alot of politics has been played already, if only this can happen soon. when I was in my primary then I used to see huge Cargo ships sailing on the river, I attended St John's Anglican International primary school Fegge then, each time on Siesta break we will climb the staircase to the uppermost floor to see the beautiful panoramic views and activities on the River.

Who said Real Dreamline cargo ship's won't sail on Onitsha River port in today's modern Technology era if it had in the 70/ 80s.. cant wait to come and see it happen it my lifetime.
