TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON is now showing at cinemas in Nigeria.

I'll check it out during the week.

@Ogaga4Luv
ALIENS was cool. Sigourney Weaver got an Oscar nomination for her role in the film.

Almighty Thor (2011)

The folks at Asylum Films need serious flogging.

vescucci:
Tin Tin . . . . . . . . . . .

@vescucci
December 23 2011.

ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER The film's title is hilarious.

ThiefOfHearts:
Midnight in Paris

Really liked it. You'd have to have a decent amount of knowledge of English Lit to get most of the comic references though. Still enjoyed it

@ThiefOfHearts
Nice one. This is another film I want to check out along with 'The Tree of Life'.

@topic
MALCOLM X (1992) Classic Spike Lee movie. Loved it.

Blade Runner (1982)

@iice and Vieira
I'd love to see a CAPTAIN PLANET movie.

mikuz:
@leenaz
one no do?

@mikuz
No mind am.

@leenaz12
Copy copy!

iice:
Doesn't make sense. Not that, that was surprising.

@Vieira,
The Spectre was my favorite. Lol i know what you mean. . .i was like, that's it?
Captain marvel or Superman?

Hah you know what i mean. . .another Clash of the titans and i go curse them with medusa ooo We'll see. It's not about him being new to the genre. He is still unknown, since has a few films/shows under his credit. . .but it's important that the new Superman can carry a movie. I'm not a fan of superman but can DC get another hit besides Batman?! Marvel is kicking their butts

@iice
WHAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE? ANGRY BIRDS OR HITCHCOCK'S THE BIRDS?

'POTC 4' became the 8th film in history to gross more than a billion dollars worldwide.

@chika98
I don't watch TS or CAM copies of films.

I just saw the trailer for IMMORTALS. Pretty good. I hope the movie won't end up being a cheesy or campy flick.

"Transformers: Dark of the Moon" has grossed $372,125,000 worldwide in just 5 days.

iice:
All na birds.

@iice
Na ur wahala be dat.

- Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 (July 15 2011)

- Captain America: The First Avenger (July 22 2011)

- Cowboys and Aliens (July 29 2011)

Captain America (1990)
Terrible. Worst superhero film I've ever seen.

I'm hoping 'Captain America: The First Avenger' (2011) will be far better than that piece of garbage.

@iice
The ANGRY BIRDS movie is based on the iPhone game.
The Alfred Hitchcock you're referring to is called THE BIRDS.

'Pirates of the Caribbean - On Stranger Tides' is about to cross the $1 billion mark worldwide.

@iice
There are plans to make an ANGRY BIRDS movie.

ragdollz:
Just watched Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels! Don't know why I'd avoided the film all these years - but it definitely reminded me why I love (some) British films! Heart in my mouth half the time - and the ending - superb . Did they ever get to keep those two rifles? I hope so!

@ragdollz
A classic Guy Ritchie film. I loved it as well.

@chika98
I haven't seen 'Immortals' trailer yet. But I've seen the trailers for 'Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol' and 'War Horse'. I also saw the teaser trailer for 'Brave'. They were all good anyway.

As for Green Lantern, I'll also wait till it comes out on DVD. The reviews are not encouraging at all.

@Semid4lyfe
Ogaga gave 'Citizen Kane' a negative review.

@lalaboi and chika98
I can't wait to see 'Transformers 3' next week.

iice:

So that's why i already mentioned that, Beaver might recuperate it's production money.

@iice
I doubt it.

@iice
"Winter's Bone" was commercially successful. It made more than its allotted budget.

iice:

Anyway. . .going to see Transformers 2rmw. Didn't bother watching Green Lantern. Will just wait for it on DVD

semid4lyfe:
The Thomas Crown Affair

Cool movie

@semid4lyfe
WOW!! I can't remember the last time I saw this film. But I know it was cool when I saw it.

@topic
Sucker Punch (2011)

iice:
It's wasn't a flop in my opinion as it never had the expectations others on the list had. However considering the budget, it's at a loss. . .which i think they may yet recuperate depending on word of mouth or awards.

The worse for me had to be Green Lantern.
Not even talking budget wise here but expectation and pleasing comic fans.
On heels is priest just because it's in my genre. The yeyeness of the film sef. . .

@iice
It's just a list of films that were not commercially successful and not whether its good or bad.

@iice
To me, the biggest box office flop of 2011 at the moment has to be MARS NEEDS MOMS. With a production budget of $150 million, it made only $38 million worldwide.

THE BEAVER had a production budget of $21 million but made only $964,500 worldwide.

@Ogaga4Luv
Now that's one courtroom drama I need to check out.

The 10 Biggest Box Office flops of 2011 So far:

- The Beaver
- Mars Needs Moms
- Your Highness
- Arthur
- Prom
- Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer
- Green Lantern
- Priest
- Sucker Punch
- Hoodwinked Too! Good Vs. Evil

'THOR 2' release date set at July 2013.

I'll definitely check it out when it hits Nigerian cinemas hopefully on July 8 2011.

Vieira:
Bad Teacher , very funny movie.
Daiz was on form as a sexy vixen plotting to land a rich man but her rival was just absolutely hilarious. She was called Lucy Punch never heard of her before but she was awesome.

@Vieira
I'll wait till it comes out on DVD.

iice:
With all the hype about the movie. I'm afraid it will just end like Twilight. All show no content.
I love Danny Elfman
Production, finishing touches. . .marketing. You know these days big movies are for money, not necessarily the art for art sake

@iice and Bawss1
If 'Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol' were a Nigerian film, it would have been released yesterday.

@iice
Greek mythology for dummies.

T. Bone Burnett and Danny Elfman will be composing the scores for 'THE HUNGER GAMES'.

Jamie Foxx to star in Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained.

Fast and Furious 6 has a release date set at May 2013.

Percy Jackson sequel is on the way.

Green Lantern sequel is possible but Martin Campbell will not be directing.

@Jayboy124

@Jayboy124
YouTube has lots of movie trailers. Just go there and watch them.

SO, Spielberg has two films coming out in December 2011: 'The Adventures of Tintin' and 'War Horse'.
