odiaero:
Atleast they have learnt how to make their Posters more Attractive

vescucci:
Aamir Khan could double for Tom Hanks.

@vescucci
Double for Tom Hanks ke.
There's no resemblance in anyway.

@MRbrownJAY
Enomakos is referring to 'Selma' and not 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes'.

semid4lyfe:
I haven't seen Rise of the Planet of the Apes but if it's the same David Oyelowo that was in the Niger-Delta film, Blood and Oil [2010], then hin no sabi act.

Just my two cents

@semid4lyfe
Yeah! David Oyelowo was in that TV movie.
He was also in The Last King of Scotland (2006). He played Dr. Junju.

Jumping the Broom (2011) Not bad at all.

Jumping the Fence, Jumping the Plane Mehn! Some people are funny o!

all4naija:
^^^^
It's raked big bucks and on top the Box Office movies.

@all4naija
It's not all the time box office sales translates to good movie. Debuting at no. 1 doesn't automatically mean its a good movie.
Anyway, I haven't seen the movie but it's been getting good reviews from critics.

amblors:
wuli wuli , lol, cant rem the real name.

@amblors
Witch doctor of the Living Dead

Rest in Peace Sam Loco Efe.
Damn! I'm going to miss him.

@amblors
Red Riding Hood was released on DVD a few months back. It has stopped airing in theaters.

SUPER 8 (2011) It had really impressive visual effects especially the train crash sequence. I loved the short clip called 'The Chase' that was played during the end credits as well. But overall, it was just an ok movie.
'The Goonies' and 'E.T.' still rock.

@Ogaga4Luv of NL
I still don't like the part 3 anyway.
Speaking of Horror flicks, have you seen the 2006 remake of THE HILLS HAVE EYES?

@Ogaga4Luv of Nairaland
I really liked the first two Back To The Future films. The part 3 wasn't so good.

@semid4lyfe and Ogaga4Luv
I saw THE FIGURINE last year at the cinemas. It was quite good.
I'm just wondering why most of these Nigerian films can't be as good as IJE-THE JOURNEY or THE FIGURINE?

People that have seen TANGO WITH ME and KISS AND TELL say they are also interesting.

I'll check out THE MIRROR BOY and KISS AND TELL pretty soon.

Ogaga4Luv:
Really?

but i dunno think so friend ~ honestly i enjoyed some stuffs from this movie

@Ogaga4Luv of Nairaland
It was very disappointing if you ask me.
'300' and 'Legend of the Guardians' are still my favourite Zack Snyder films.
I just hope he doesn't mess up 'Man of Steel (2013)'.

eghost247:
obanio whats good

@eghost247
I'm cool. Been very busy lately.

Debuting at cinemas in Nigeria today:

- THE MIRROR BOY
- SUPER 8
- MR. POPPER'S PENGUINS
Fast 5 [2011]

Very interesting but too much lie dey the film

7/10
@semid+ aka semid4lyfe

Fast Five is far better than the previous four Fast and Furious films.

Scream 4 (2011)

@teeluv, iice and Vieira
But what about favourite non-superhero action film(s) of 2011 so far?

Laurence Fishburne to play Perry White in Zack Snyder's Man of Steel (2013).

Did y'all see the trailers for RED TAILS (2012), BATTLESHIP (2012), and CONTAGION (2011)?

Jayboy124:
Ije was showing at a hotel a couple of months back. Because of lack of cinemas nationwide, I feel there has to be hotel screening at least at the state capitals of the 36 states before DVD release.

At least let them make more money before the releasing to pirates.

@Jayboy124
That means TANGO WITH ME and IJE will be released on DVD by 2012. Just kidding.

The system is just messed up.

@Jayboy124
I know it had a very long theaterical run in Nigeria but nothing has been said about the DVD or VCD release.
By the way, ijaw_girl is not based in Nigeria.

I hope it won't be like IJE. It's theaterical run ended last year. But it's still not on DVD / VCD at the moment.

- Captain America (1990)

- Sukiyaki Western Django (2007)

Either James Bond or Jason Bourne.

@semid4lyfe
Posters and trailers can be quite misleading nowadays. Do a proper research next time.

@Ogaga4Luv
That 'Sucker Punch' is an error.

@ijaw_girl
It's not online yet.
No TS or CAM.

- Priest (2011)

- Revolver (2005)

@iice and Vieira
I'll be checking out Capteen Amelica soon.
By the way, have you seen the 1990 version of the film?

@topic
LOVE ACTUALLY (2003). Written and directed by 'Four Weddings and a Funeral' writer Richard Curtis. It was pretty good.

I just found out that TANGO WITH ME's theaterical run in Nigeria has ended.
No official date for the DVD or VCD release at the moment.

@ijaw_girl and AdinWillia
TANGO WITH ME is not available on DVD, VCD or YouTube's NollywoodLove at the moment.
But it's currently showing at cinemas in Nigeria.

lalaboi:
Veteran - Very silly movie. Waste of bandwidth, waste of space on my laptop. waste of my time!

@lalaboi

Alisha2:
The Last movie i Watch Haywire movie . That is just an awesome movie to watch and enjoy, I like Watching this movie As the script of this movie is just so awesome,

All these bots are freaking hilarious. Haywire is coming out in 2012.

Plans are underway to make a CAPTAIN PLANET live action movie. I'd love to see this.

The TOTAL RECALL remake is still under production.

BLACK GOLD hits Nigerian cinemas by fall of 2011.

@semid4lyfe
All these online streaming sites and their country restrictions. Most of them have it.
Have you checked out that Indian film GAME yet?

@semid4lyfe
Broz, give me hi-5 jare. I agree with you as per 'Knight and Day' and 'Priest'. But I'll give 'The Eagle' 5/10.

Have you seen 'Game' (2011)? It's an Indian film as well. It stars Abhishek Bachchan (Amitabh Bachchan's son).
Some of these Indian films nowadays are pretty good while some are still wack.

@Ogaga4Luv of Nairaland
I dey feel you jare. Nothing do you.

@MRbrownJAY
How far as per that level?
