Good day Sir/Oga Gazzuzz and a big thanks for the good work you have been doing. Please i drive a lexus RX330 and my check engine light came up sometime ago and i had the vehicle scanned and was told that my O2 sensor (the one under the car) was bad but since the car seems to be moving well i shouldn't bother changing it. Kindly advice me if this is a wise suggestion or not and how much would it cost to get it replaced thanks.

I got transfered to warri from ph since 2011 and ever since i've watched how the city warri has been turned into an eyesore as if it was a war zone all due to the contribution of it's clueless and wicked governor and the people of warri themselves. there's hardly any street that is tarred in warri and there's no cooperation amongst the people yet they keep saying "na we own" when describing ownership of things. Their attitude for disposing their refuse on the streets or in a pool of water in the middle of a street or drainage baffles me. I don't know if they expect the refuse to vanish and also their mentality for asking for "deve" as their right when someone tries to bring development to their area or environment is also discouraging. As we speak na only refinery road be the best road in warri presently. Lack of proper drainage system another major issue here. Nigerians na we dey take our hand cause evil for ourselves simple!!

Please i keep hearing a whining sound whenever i de-acelerate /slow down but the noise disappears as soon as i accelerate & maintain speed. I just replaced my back axle based on my mechanic's advice yet the noise still remains. Please any good advice will be highly appreciated.

Bros in response to your question, it is very possible & doesn't have to be through connections as some people believe. What you need to understand first & foremost is that when it it comes to jobs that requires practical skills/knowledge such as engineering, electrical, mechanical, Instrumentation etc. Those with practical experience are mostly favored despite what ever degree he/she might posses cus one it saves the company time/money to start giving a fresher (inexperienced) orientation,training etc and gets the job done immediately. Also note that in the jobs i mentioned there are no rooms for trial & error cus this might lead to unwanted expenses & waste of precious man hours.
Shell like you mentioned employs a lot of personnel either through indirect (contractors) or direct labour (shell). They both are classified as shell staffs but the difference is that most privileges given to direct employed shell staffs are not given to those employed by contractors. The summary is that your friend could be working for shell but might not be a direct staff & as per his pass degree, he might have gone ahead to acquire some additional skills which is what the company where looking for + God's favor i rest my case...
