Anyways, first you have to tell us the physical signs in your pen:

1) Nature of their droppings
2) Productivity and feed intake
3) Do they cold-out with their head dropping to the floor?
4) Your Vaccination procedure
5) Nature of their eggs
6) And drugs you've administered before and after the issue came

Then, I can tell you what to do....but for now, go get a strong anti-viral drug and add vitalyt...that should stem the mortality for now
Do not deworm or vaccinate sick birds

Literature / Aveng!ng Our Ancestors; A Poem. by obiZEAL(m): 11:40am On Jun 10, 2016
Avenging our ancestors, not with spear and hate, but with words and love.
No, not love for their oppressors but love for the resilience with which our ancestors stood tough,
and with words placed side by side we tell these tales of trial and triumph.
Before time began, before numbers started numbering, even before they started writing down our history, the Dafuna canoe had been a wonder of its time, the Tera Cota from Nok had been seen nowhere else and the Igbokwu bronze was a representation of our knowledge and wealth
The Benin artifacts...enough can't be said,
They are still a wonder to behold even to the 21st century curator
And till this day they still line the museums and galleries of the oppressor

Before the 15th century , before the ships that decked our ancestors kissed the shores of the cost of Benin...before the boots that trampled their skulls stepped on the soil of Aguma...we had seen the formidable military technique of the Kanem Borno empire and the administrative prowess of the Sokoto caliphate
We had seen the mysterious architecture of the Benin kingdom and the boisterous trade of the Oyo empire.
In the years between 18 and 19 and onwards the oppressor raped our lands and looted its fortune, then turned around to tell us that the man who answers the cock’s crow in his Obi and ask for favour from his chi is called a heathen and he is evil
But this heathen was not the owner of the ship that took away 25 million men, women and children to slave in the cotton fields of foreign lands
No, the owner of the ship was the same person who brought in the Bible and Quran and asked us to close our eyes and pray with clasp hands
…and so the mind of the poet will stay captured in the rhythm of the sacred army of the Ekumeku Resistance Movement...their memories will reflect the sun, the memories of those who disturbed the comfortable and comforted the disturbed.
The memories of the indomitable Chief Nana Olomu of Itshekiri
The memories of the great Oba Ovonamwen of Benin
The memories of JaJa King of Opobo; The one whose tomb lies in the west indies and whose name still trembles the queen
Now, in the name and glory of these men and many fallen and forgotten, the poet holds this truth dear to his heart: The creeds of our ancestors are no error to correct and no wrong to undo!
These words...the words of the poet are the compass with which we navigate through time and memories to the moment when we got these scars that we now carry as a masterpiece and as a reminder that we were born free because our ancestors chose to die free!

More than a moment lost
More than a memory to be forever remembered
More than the heartache of a jilt
More than the beauty of a rising sun
More than the betrayal of a trusted ally
More than the calm of a glowing moon
More than the bile of a fruitless enterprise
More than the rhythm of a morning sparrow
More than the crave of a lonely lover
More than the comfort of a warm hug
More than the desire of a travelers taste
More than the serenity of a spring garden
More than the salty tear of a mother’s loss
More than the fecundity of a farmer’s field
More than the reality that life is finite
More than the pain of a friend’s anguish
...is the possibility of a new beginning
The ability to start all over
…is the sweetness of the nectar
The danger of going further
…is the clutch of a loving embrace
The strength in holding on
…is the deceit of a second chance
The bravery in letting go
…and above all is;
knowing when to start all over and when to go further
knowing when to hold on and when to let go.

The tragedy of an unlived life
The anguish of a fruitless thrive
Who knows the pain I feel
When life presents a scar time can't heal
I just put on my mask of smiles
Hoping to find solace down the isle
We had a life, not one you would wish for
But it was all we had and it was all we loved
It was devoid of three square meals and a teddy to love
But the happiness and honesty we shared was just enough
We woke up every morning to the shy sun, popping out from behind the mountains
We never had a TV set and we never knew the dilemma of choosing between margarine and mayonnaise
But every evening when we sit round the burning fire under the glowing moon, we shared smiles that radiated contentment in different ways
Until the night when we saw the last moon
we had hurt no man and had wished no woman misfortune
but still they came for us in the darkness of the night, the raped the innocence of our virgins and killed the courage of our men.
our lifes where at the mercy of the swiftness of our feets
The killed our dreams and took away our future, not in retaliation for any wrong done, but for pleasure and fun.
Our clans and lineage was reduced to another number in the statistic of the trials of our nation
Our nameless fathers and selfless mothers where all laid into the earth without dignity or tradition
We might have seen worst days but our burning hope will never be extinguished because we believe in new beginnings and happy endings!

Big shout out to Abuklaw and Catalyst4real, you guys gave me a run for my data and time.
For my final thoughts;

obiZEAL:
Nigeria Practices a democratic system of Government, and that alone is a reason why Godfatherism should be scrapped. TheY people should be left to decide who should rule them, without having to contend with the choices of the often influential Godfathers.
That is our stand.
Education / Re: Nairaland Interschool debate: Unijos Vs Abu Zaria::: Winner::: ABU ZARIA by obiZEAL(m): 9:33pm On Mar 12, 2016
Abuklaw:
Now you agreed that Godfatherism cannot be singled out the sole bane of effective leadership. It is not even the problem ab initio. When our electoral institutions are reformed, there won't be any need to be afraid of godfathers.

Thanks for eventually agreeing to the fact that, concentrating our effort on the extinction of godfatherism doesn't worth it, but using the same effort in choosing leaders with integrity, accountability and transparency. I believe you know that godfatherism is still practised in advance countries we are looking up to.
Lolz....
You wish

I only mentioned the reformation of our electoral system because he brought it up, like I mentioned in one of my replies, the process of Godfatherism does not start during the election, it is inherent in political parties where INEC has no jurisdiction, it plays out in the campaign processes too,,, so sir, electoral reform is a secondary solution to a primary problem.

Yes, your point is well taken, but I think you have not answered the question.
Track records cannot replace experience at the highest level. If we eliminate godfatherism and we vote in youths all round, wont we suffer from their inevitable youthful exuberance without the guiding hands and experience of the godfathers to rely on?

Sir, track records equals experience ( the records were obtained from a job welldone).

As for the guiding hands we have a constitution and we a legislature.
The youth can also learn from history.
Education / Re: Nairaland Interschool debate: Unijos Vs Abu Zaria::: Winner::: ABU ZARIA by obiZEAL(m): 8:52pm On Mar 12, 2016
adeaks:

But don't we have elections in Nigeria? If the godfathers put up a candidate, are the people not supposed to vote for the other candidates if they do not want the godfathers' candidates to rule over them?

Will you then agree that based on your statement about Nigeria practicing democracy, the problem is fundamentally with our electoral system that allows candidates to be rigged in and not really with the godfathers?

I have said repeatedly, that Godfathers are very influential, and in any election the man with the most influence ( and most often with little credibility ) is likely to win, not only because the election was rigged in his favour, but because he was able to campaign by often unconventional means ( example by handing cash to electorates). I'm not refuting the reforming of our electoral institutions, but we should reform our institutions and extinguish Godfatherism simultaneously to obtain effective in leadership.
Education / Re: Nairaland Interschool debate: Unijos Vs Abu Zaria::: Winner::: ABU ZARIA by obiZEAL(m): 8:37pm On Mar 12, 2016

Noskyboy, in your essay you wrote that godfathers are supposed to mentor the young ones.

We live in a time where the Nigerian youths are constantly asking for more posts in government and demanding to rule. Now, If the youths have their way and get into power, don't you think the country would suffer from their youthful exuberances and inexperience without the wisdom of godfathers to guide them?

We clamour for the removal of Godfatherism, and we propose that it is replaced with track records and credibility...the youth with they clearest history of excellence should be elected and not the youth with the most influential Godfather.

We do not have effective leaders not because of Godfatherism, but because our leaders cherish personal gains over national growth. That's the truth you've been avoiding all night. You've been making it look like "once Godfatherism is removed, the door to effective leaders will be opened" and that's a fallacy

Sir, I agree with you that selfishness is the bane of our development, but my stand is that this selfish leaders rode on the back of Godfatherism. And that is why Godfatherism should be scrapped, It gives room for selfish people to become leaders which yields a bigger problem.

Agree with you? Quite sarcastic.Your philosophy is unrealistic.
We keep blaming Godfatherism to shield ourselves of the truth which stares at us in the face

You evade my question, I guess it was beyond your acute proficience.
I'll ask a simple one next time.

Sir I did not evade your question, if I was to answer it will lead me to derail from the topic...
what is the truth that stares us in the face in the face?

Abuklaw:
Let me hear you say it again that politics in Nigeria is more complex than that of the USA. What I and my colleague are insinuating is that "cutting off the head is not the cure for headache." we are actually saying that, the positive elements obtainable in godfatherism as practised around the world and previously in Nigeria is enough reason to hold on to it. We are however campaigning integrity in leadership, accountability and sincerity from our leaders.

I hope you would agree with me that godfatherism doesn't poses much threat as the character flaws I pointed out in my submission.

Character flaws poses a threat to leadership, but installing people with this character flaws poses a greater danger...and that is what Godfatherism in nIgeria does, it automatically disqualifies honourable men.

This is ridiculous, on a more candid note, I have to come to the realisation, that godfatherism will always be blamed for the dilapidation of Nigeria's politics and electoral processes
And it is this mentality that leaves us groveling in the mud; How swiftly we condemn the least of our heartaches

You've been spewing all night that Godfatherism has to be eliminated, how do you plan on going about that?

Sir That question is a debate for another, I recommend it for the next round.
Now thank you agreeing with me that Godfatherism has to be eliminated and even goin a step further to seeking how to eliminate it...
That's progressive.

I can't help but laugh at this junction. Sen. Rashidi Ladoja refused to give Lamidi Adedibu what he demanded. He was sabotaged but restored to power due to the overwhelming public outcry. He was restored a man whose popularity and acceptability soar due to that humane action of protect the populace against the selfishness of political godfather.

During the period of the rift between Adedibu and Ladoja, the latter's rule was rendered ineffective because he left his primary duty and was engaging his erstwhile Godfather...that is why Godfatherism should be stopped, it creates distraction which yields ineffectiveness.

To start with, I say nothing about intentions

And yes, Godfatherism doesn't in any way stand in the way of production of effective leaders.

You say the man with the most influential Godfather gets elected.
I have a question for you, "The 2015 presidential election, I believe president Buhari won because he had the most influential godfather, right? "
Yes sir, Among other reasons Buhari won because he had the most influential Godfather.
Tinubu have never lost any election in Nigeria and he controls 90 percent of south west politics.
So I say he was invaluable in the 2015 election.
